1. Safety Information

Please read all instructions carefully before assembly and use. Keep this manual for future reference.

• Weight Limit: Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity of 350 lbs (158 kg).
• Height Recommendation: Suitable for users between 5 ft and 6 ft 3 in (152 cm - 190 cm).
• Assembly: Ensure all parts are correctly assembled and tightened before use. Regularly check for loose screws and tighten as necessary.
• Stability: Avoid standing on the chair or using it as a step stool. Do not lean excessively to one side when reclining.
• Children: Keep children away from moving parts during assembly and adjustment. Adult supervision is recommended when children are near the chair.
• Electrical Components: The RGB LED lights and massage function are USB powered. Ensure proper connection and avoid exposing electrical components to liquids.
• Cleaning: Use a soft, damp cloth for cleaning. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

3. Setup & Assembly

Follow these steps to assemble your HOFFREE Gaming Chair. It is recommended to assemble the chair on a soft, clean surface to prevent damage.

3.1. Assemble the Chair Base

1. Insert the five legs into the central hub of the star base. Secure them with the provided screws using the Allen wrench.
2. Push the five casters (wheels) into the holes at the end of each leg until they click into place.
3. Insert the gas lift cylinder into the center hole of the assembled star base. Place the gas lift cover over the cylinder.

3.2. Attach the Footrest

1. Locate the footrest assembly. Align the metal bars with the designated attachment points on the underside of the seat cushion.
2. Secure the footrest to the seat using the provided screws.

3.3. Attach the Seat Mechanism

1. Align the seat mechanism with the pre-drilled holes on the underside of the seat cushion. Ensure the front of the mechanism faces the front of the seat.
2. Secure the mechanism using the provided screws.

3.4. Connect Seat to Base

1. Carefully place the assembled seat onto the gas lift cylinder, ensuring it is centered and firmly seated.

3.5. Attach the Armrests

1. Identify the left (L) and right (R) armrests.
2. Align each armrest with the corresponding holes on the side of the seat and backrest.
3. Secure the armrests using the provided screws.

3.6. Connect Electrical Components

1. Locate the USB cables for the RGB LED lights and the massage function.
2. Connect the corresponding cables. The RGB lights typically have a separate controller for the remote.
3. Plug the USB cable into a power source (e.g., computer USB port, USB wall adapter, power bank).

3.7. Attach Lumbar Cushion and Headrest Pillow

1. Attach the lumbar massage cushion to the backrest using its straps and buckles. Position it to support your lower back.
2. Attach the headrest pillow to the top of the backrest using its straps.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1. Height Adjustment

To adjust the chair height, pull the lever located on the right side of the seat mechanism upwards. While holding the lever, apply weight to lower the chair or lift your weight to raise it. Release the lever to lock the height.

4.2. Backrest Recline

To recline the backrest, pull the lever located on the left side of the seat mechanism upwards. Lean back to your desired angle (90° to 135°). Release the lever to lock the backrest in position.

4.3. Footrest Operation

To extend the footrest, pull it out from underneath the seat. To retract, push it back in until it is fully stored.

4.4. RGB LED Lights

The RGB LED lights are controlled by the included remote. Ensure the USB power cable is connected. The remote allows you to:

• Turn lights On/Off
• Adjust Speed Control
• Adjust Brightness Control
• Change Color Control (338 modes including Dot Light, Cycle Color, Single Color, Multiple Color)
• Select Auto Mode or 7 Static Monochrome Modes

The effective distance for the remote control is approximately 32 feet (10 meters).

4.5. Lumbar Massage Function

The lumbar cushion features a 2-point vibrating massage function. Ensure the USB power cable for the massage function is connected. The massage function is typically activated via an on/off switch located on its power cord.

5. Maintenance

• Cleaning: Wipe the chair's surface with a soft, damp cloth. For stubborn stains, use a mild soap solution and wipe dry immediately. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Hardware Check: Periodically check all screws and bolts to ensure they are tight. Re-tighten any loose hardware to maintain stability and safety.
• Caster Care: Keep the casters clean from hair and debris to ensure smooth movement.
• Gas Lift: The gas lift is maintenance-free. Do not attempt to disassemble it.
• Electrical Components: Ensure USB cables are not pinched or damaged. Disconnect power when cleaning or moving the chair.
