Please read all instructions carefully before using your Ninja Kitchen System. Failure to follow these instructions may result in property damage, personal injury, or death.

  • Always ensure the appliance is unplugged when not in use, before assembling or disassembling parts, and before cleaning.
  • Do not immerse the motor base in water or other liquids.
  • Keep hands and utensils out of the container while blending to reduce the risk of severe injury to persons or damage to the blender. A scraper may be used but only when the blender is not running.
  • Blades are sharp. Handle with care.
  • Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or has been dropped or damaged in any manner.
  • Do not use outdoors.
  • Always operate the appliance on a clean, dry, level surface.
  • Do not overfill containers.
  • Ensure lids are securely locked before operating.

Getting Started: Setup and Assembly

Before first use, wash all components (except the motor base) in warm, soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly. The vessels, lids, and blades are dishwasher-safe.

Assembling the Total Crushing Pitcher

  1. Place the motor base on a clean, dry, level surface.
  2. Carefully place the Stacked Blade Assembly onto the drive gear inside the 72 oz. Total Crushing Pitcher.
  3. Add ingredients to the pitcher. Do not exceed the MAX FILL line.
  4. Place the pitcher lid onto the pitcher and press down firmly until it clicks into place. The handle must be aligned with the pour spout.
  5. Place the assembled pitcher onto the motor base, aligning the arrow on the pitcher with the arrow on the motor base. Turn clockwise until it locks into place.

Assembling the Nutri Ninja Cup

  1. Add ingredients to the 24 oz. Nutri Ninja Cup. Do not exceed the MAX FILL line.
  2. Screw the Pro Extractor Blades Assembly onto the cup until a tight seal is formed.
  3. Invert the cup and place it onto the motor base, aligning the tabs on the cup with the slots on the motor base. Turn clockwise until it locks into place.

Assembling the Precision Processor Bowl

  1. Place the motor base on a clean, dry, level surface.
  2. Place the 5-Cup (40 oz.) Precision Processor Bowl onto the motor base, aligning the arrow on the bowl with the arrow on the motor base. Turn clockwise until it locks into place.
  3. Carefully place either the Chopping Blade Assembly or the Dough Blade Assembly onto the drive gear inside the processor bowl.
  4. Add ingredients to the processor bowl. Do not exceed the MAX FILL line.
  5. Place the processor bowl lid onto the bowl and press down firmly until it clicks into place.

Operating Instructions

The Ninja Kitchen System features Auto-iQ Boost Technology with intelligent programs designed for various blending tasks. Once the unit is properly assembled and plugged in, the available programs will illuminate.

Auto-iQ Programs

These pre-set programs combine unique timed pulsing, blending, and pausing patterns to achieve optimal results for specific tasks.

  • PUREE: Ideal for creating smooth sauces, dips, and purees.
  • EXTRACT: Designed for nutrient and vitamin extraction from whole fruits and vegetables, producing refreshing juices.
  • SMOOTHIE: Perfect for blending fruits, vegetables, and liquids into creamy smoothies.
  • FROZEN: Powers through frozen ingredients and ice for cold drinks and frozen desserts.
  • MIX/DOUGH: For mixing doughs and batters in the Precision Processor Bowl.

Manual Controls

  • START/STOP: Initiates or stops the selected program or manual blending.
  • PULSE: Provides short bursts of power for controlled chopping and mixing. Hold down for continuous pulsing.
  • LOW/MED/HIGH: Manual speed settings for continuous blending.
  • AUTO-iQ BOOST: Enhances blending performance for smoother results or more thorough extraction.

Using the Total Crushing Pitcher

  1. Assemble the pitcher as described in the "Getting Started" section.
  2. Plug in the unit.
  3. Select an Auto-iQ program (e.g., SMOOTHIE, FROZEN) or a manual speed (LOW, MED, HIGH).
  4. Press START/STOP to begin. The program will run and automatically stop when complete. For manual speeds, press START/STOP again to stop.
  5. To remove, turn the pitcher counter-clockwise and lift.

Using the Nutri Ninja Cup

  1. Assemble the cup as described in the "Getting Started" section.
  2. Plug in the unit.
  3. Select an Auto-iQ program (e.g., EXTRACT, SMOOTHIE) or use the PULSE function for controlled blending.
  4. Press START/STOP to begin. The program will run and automatically stop. For manual control, press START/STOP again to stop.
  5. To remove, turn the cup counter-clockwise and lift.
  6. Replace the Pro Extractor Blades Assembly with the Spout Lid for on-the-go consumption.

Using the Precision Processor Bowl

  1. Assemble the processor bowl with the appropriate blade (Chopping or Dough) as described in the "Getting Started" section.
  2. Plug in the unit.
  3. Select an Auto-iQ program (e.g., MIX/DOUGH) or use the PULSE function for controlled processing.
  4. Press START/STOP to begin. The program will run and automatically stop. For manual control, press START/STOP again to stop.
  5. To remove, turn the bowl counter-clockwise and lift.

Care and Maintenance

Proper care and maintenance will ensure the longevity of your Ninja Kitchen System.

Cleaning

  • Motor Base: Unplug the motor base before cleaning. Wipe with a clean, damp cloth. Do not immerse in water.
  • Vessels, Lids, and Blade Assemblies: All removable parts are dishwasher-safe (top rack recommended). Alternatively, wash by hand in warm, soapy water using a non-abrasive cleaning brush. Rinse thoroughly and air dry.
  • Stubborn Residue: For stubborn residue, fill the pitcher or cup with warm water and a drop of dish soap. Run on the "SMOOTHIE" program or a low manual speed for a few seconds, then rinse.
  • Blade Care: Handle blade assemblies with extreme caution. The blades are sharp.

Storage

  • Store the Ninja Kitchen System upright with the lid secured on the pitcher or processor bowl.
  • Do not stack items on top of the unit.
  • Store blade assemblies safely to prevent accidental injury.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your Ninja Kitchen System, refer to the following common problems and solutions.
