4. Installation

This gas hob is a built-in, drop-in type designed for easy installation into a countertop. Professional installation by a qualified technician is highly recommended to ensure safety and proper function.

1. Prepare the Countertop: Create an opening in your countertop according to the dimensions provided in the specifications section. Ensure sufficient clearance around the hob for ventilation and maintenance.
2. Position the Hob: Carefully lower the gas hob into the prepared opening. Ensure it sits flush with the countertop surface.

5. Operating Instructions

The YUSIWOAL gas hob features a rotary knob with auto-ignition for convenient and precise flame control.

1. Preparation: Place your cookware centrally on the stainless steel pan stand over the burner.
2. Ignition: Push down the rotary control knob and turn it counter-clockwise to the desired flame setting (e.g., high, medium, low). The auto-ignition system will spark, igniting the gas.
3. Flame Adjustment: Once ignited, release the knob. Continue to turn the knob to adjust the flame intensity as needed for simmering, boiling, stir-frying, or other cooking methods.
4. Turning Off: To turn off the burner, turn the control knob clockwise until it clicks into the 'OFF' position. Ensure the flame is completely extinguished.
