The YUSIWOAL gas hob features a rotary knob with auto-ignition for convenient and precise flame control.
- Preparation: Place your cookware centrally on the stainless steel pan stand over the burner.
- Ignition: Push down the rotary control knob and turn it counter-clockwise to the desired flame setting (e.g., high, medium, low). The auto-ignition system will spark, igniting the gas.
- Flame Adjustment: Once ignited, release the knob. Continue to turn the knob to adjust the flame intensity as needed for simmering, boiling, stir-frying, or other cooking methods.
- Turning Off: To turn off the burner, turn the control knob clockwise until it clicks into the 'OFF' position. Ensure the flame is completely extinguished.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your gas hob.
- Daily Cleaning: After each use, allow the hob to cool completely. Wipe the stainless steel/tempered glass surface with a soft cloth and mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads that can scratch the surface.
- Burner Components: The pan stands and burner caps can be removed for cleaning. Wash them with warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry completely before reassembling. Ensure burner ports are not clogged.
- Spills: Clean up spills immediately to prevent them from baking onto the surface, which can make them harder to remove later. The design helps contain spills for easier cleaning.
- Inspection: Periodically inspect the gas hose and connections for any signs of wear, damage, or leaks. If any issues are found, contact a qualified technician for repair.
