5. Setup and Wiring

Before wiring, ensure the power supply is completely disconnected. Refer to the wiring diagrams below for correct connections based on your application.

5.1. Output 12-36V Voltage Wiring Diagram

6. Operating Modes

The receiver supports six different operating modes, which can be changed using the learning button on the receiver board. The modes determine how the receiver responds to button presses on the remote control.

6.1. Momentary Mode (Jog Mode)

Press the learning button once. When a remote button is pressed, the relay turns ON. When the remote button is released, the relay turns OFF.

6.2. Toggle Mode (Self-Locking Mode)

Press the learning button twice. When a remote button is pressed, the relay turns ON. Press the same button again, and the relay turns OFF.

6.3. Latch Mode (Interlock Mode)

Press the learning button three times. When a remote button is pressed, the corresponding relay turns ON, and all other relays turn OFF. This mode ensures only one relay is active at a time.

6.4. 2-Channel Momentary + 2-Channel Latch Mode

Press the learning button four times. Channels 1 and 2 operate in Momentary mode. Channels 3 and 4 operate in Latch mode.

6.5. 2-Channel Momentary + 2-Channel Toggle Mode

Press the learning button five times. Channels 1 and 2 operate in Momentary mode. Channels 3 and 4 operate in Toggle mode.

6.6. 2-Channel Toggle + 2-Channel Latch Mode

Press the learning button six times. Channels 1 and 2 operate in Toggle mode. Channels 3 and 4 operate in Latch mode.

7. Learning and Clearing Remote Codes

The receiver needs to "learn" the codes from your remote control transmitters to function. You can also clear all learned codes if needed.

7.1. Learning a Remote Control

  1. Press the learning button on the receiver board the number of times corresponding to your desired operating mode (e.g., once for Momentary, twice for Toggle, etc.). The indicator light on the receiver will flash and then turn OFF.
  2. Release the learning button.
  3. Press any button on your remote control transmitter.
  4. The indicator light on the receiver will flash three times, indicating that the learning process was successful.

Note: You must press the learning button the correct number of times for the desired mode before pressing the remote button.

7.2. Clearing All Remote Codes

  1. Press and hold the learning button on the receiver board for approximately 8 seconds.
  2. The indicator light will flash several times and then turn OFF.
  3. Release the learning button.
  4. Press any button on your remote control. The relay should not respond. This confirms that all codes have been successfully cleared.

9. Troubleshooting
