1. Introduction and Safety Information

3. Assembly Instructions

The TOPWISH EGG-001 gas barbecue requires assembly. Please follow the step-by-step instructions provided in the included assembly manual. It is recommended to have two people for assembly, and allow approximately 1-2 hours for completion.

4. Operating Instructions

Gas Connection:

  • This grill is designed for use with G30 (butane), G31 (propane), and their mixtures at 50 mbar.
  • Connect the provided pressure regulator and gas hose to a compatible gas bottle. Ensure all connections are tight.
  • Perform a leak test using soapy water on all connections. Bubbles indicate a leak. Do not use the grill if a leak is detected.

Lighting the Burners:

  1. Open the lid of the barbecue.
  2. Ensure all burner control knobs are in the 'OFF' position.
  3. Open the valve on the gas bottle.
  4. Push in and turn one burner control knob to the 'HIGH' position.
  5. Press the piezo ignition button repeatedly until the burner ignites.
  6. If the burner does not ignite within 5 seconds, turn the control knob to 'OFF', wait 5 minutes, and repeat the process.
  7. Once ignited, adjust the flame to the desired cooking temperature. Repeat for the second burner if needed.

  • Grease Tray: Regularly empty and clean the grease tray to prevent flare-ups.

Storage:

  • Disconnect the gas bottle and store it in a well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
  • The folding side shelves allow for more compact storage.
