3. Product Overview

4. Setup
4.1 Initial Power-Up and App Download
- Connect the camera to the provided DC12V power adapter and plug it into an electrical outlet.
- Download the "EseeCloud" app from your smartphone's app store (iOS or Android).
- Register for an account and log in.
4.2 Connecting to Wi-Fi (Standalone Mode)
This camera supports both 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi networks when connected directly to a router.
- In the EseeCloud app, select "Add device".
- Scan the QR code located on the camera.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to add the camera.
- When prompted, find the camera's hotspot on your phone's Wi-Fi settings and connect to it. The default password is 11111111.
- Return to the EseeCloud app, select "Remote review", choose your home Wi-Fi network name, and enter its password.
- Confirm the connection to begin remote viewing.

4.3 Connecting to Hiseeu Wireless Camera System (NVR)
If you have an existing Hiseeu wireless NVR system, you can add this camera to it. Note that when connected to an NVR, the camera only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi.
- Place the camera close to the NVR and plug it into a power socket.
- Ensure the camera antenna and NVR Wi-Fi antenna are parallel.
- Press and hold the camera's reset button for approximately 6-10 seconds until you hear a sound from the camera.
- On the NVR system, right-click the mouse and select "Wireless Add" or navigate to "Camera" and click "+".
- Wait for a new IP address (e.g., 172.20.14.xx) to appear.
- Confirm the connection to view the camera image on the NVR.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Live View
Once connected, open the EseeCloud app or NVR system to view the live feed from your camera anytime, anywhere.
5.2 Two-Way Audio
The camera features a built-in microphone and speaker for two-way communication.
- Talk: Use the EseeCloud app on your phone to speak through the camera's speaker.
- Listen: Audio from the camera's microphone can be heard through the EseeCloud app or via an HD TV connected to your NVR system.

5.3 Motion Detection & Alerts
The camera is equipped with motion detection and advanced humanoid detection to minimize false alarms.
- When motion or a human shape is detected, the camera can trigger a sound alarm and send app notifications to your smartphone.

5.5 Recording & Storage

A: There are two main methods depending on your NVR interface:
- Method 1: Go to the NVR system, right-click the NVR mouse, choose "Wireless Add". Press the camera reset button for about 6 seconds until you hear a sound from the camera. Wait for a new IP address (e.g., 172.20.14.xx) to appear, then exit to see the camera image.
- Method 2: Place the camera close to the NVR and plug it into a socket. Ensure the camera antenna and the NVR Wi-Fi antenna are parallel. Press the reset button for 10 seconds. Right-click the NVR mouse, select "Camera", click "+", then "Continue". When a new camera IP address (e.g., 172.20.14.xx) appears, click "Continue" to complete the connection.
