2. Safety Information

Please read and understand all safety warnings and instructions before assembly and use. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in injury or damage to the product.

• Snow Accumulation: It is crucial to keep the roof clear of heavy snow. Excessive snow load can damage the structure and make it unsafe to enter. Regularly remove snow to prevent collapse.
• Wind Stability: Ensure the greenhouse is securely anchored to the ground using all provided stakes and additional anchoring methods if necessary, especially in windy conditions. High winds can cause the greenhouse to shift or overturn if not properly secured.
• Assembly: Assembly requires at least two to three people for safety and efficiency. Do not attempt to assemble alone.
• Tools: Use appropriate tools as specified in the assembly section. Ensure all screws and connections are tightened securely.
• Weather Conditions: This greenhouse is designed for various weather conditions but is not indestructible. Protect it from extreme weather events such as severe storms, hurricanes, or blizzards.

3. Components List

4. Setup and Assembly

Assembly typically requires 2-3 people. Do not fully tighten screws until the final position of all components is confirmed.

1. Assemble the Ground Frame: Lay out the base pipes according to the diagram. Connect them using the appropriate connectors and screws. Ensure the frame forms the correct rectangular base for the greenhouse.
2. Connect Bent Pipes: Attach the bent arch pipes to the ground frame on both sides using screws. These will form the arched roof structure.
3. Assemble Crossbars: Install the crossbars along the top of the arched structure, connecting the bent pipes to create a stable framework.
4. Secure the Frame: Once the entire frame is assembled, ensure all connections are aligned and then fully tighten all screws.
5. Install PE Cover: Carefully drape the PE grid cover over the assembled frame. Ensure it is centered and evenly distributed.
6. Secure Cover and Doors: Fasten the cover to the frame using the integrated ties or straps. Secure the zipper doors and ensure they operate smoothly.
7. Anchor the Greenhouse: Drive the U-shaped stakes and additional anchoring spikes into the ground through the designated loops or points on the base of the greenhouse. This is critical for stability.

5. Operating Instructions

Temperature and Humidity Management

The PHI VILLA greenhouse is equipped with 12 roll-up windows and 2 door nettings to help you control the internal environment for optimal plant growth.

• Ventilation: To increase airflow and reduce humidity, unroll the windows and secure them in the open position using the provided ties. The mesh screens will prevent pests while allowing air circulation.
• Temperature Control: On warmer days, opening the windows and doors will help dissipate excess heat. On cooler days, keep them closed to retain warmth. The PE flap on the doors can be used to seal the entrance for maximum heat retention.
• Door Usage: The two zipper roll-up doors offer versatile access. You can fully open them for maximum ventilation or use the netting layer for pest control while maintaining some airflow.

6. Maintenance

• Cleaning: Regularly clean the PE cover with mild soap and water to ensure maximum light penetration. Avoid abrasive cleaners that could damage the material.
• Snow Removal: During winter, consistently remove snow from the roof to prevent structural damage. Use a soft brush or broom to avoid tearing the cover.
• Frame Inspection: Periodically inspect the galvanized steel frame for any signs of rust, loose connections, or damage. Tighten any loose screws and address rust promptly to prolong the lifespan of the greenhouse.
• Cover Longevity: While the PE cover offers UV Index 6 protection, its lifespan can be extended by minimizing prolonged exposure to extreme UV radiation when not in use, if possible.
