- Vertical Trimming: For sides of hedges, hold the blade perpendicular to the ground and move in an arc or straight line.
- Adjustable Head: Utilize the 180° rotatable head to achieve various angles for precise shaping, including slope trimming, flat trimming, and spherical trimming.
- Cutting Capacity: The 23.2-inch dual-sided blade with 65Mn steel is designed for efficient cutting of branches. Avoid attempting to cut branches thicker than the recommended capacity to prevent damage to the blade or engine.

6. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your hedge trimmer.
6.1 After Each Use
- Clean the Blades: Remove sap, debris, and dirt from the blades using a stiff brush and a suitable cleaning solution. Lubricate the blades with light machine oil or blade lubricant to prevent rust.
- Inspect for Damage: Check for any loose screws, damaged parts, or excessive wear.
- Clean Air Filter: Lightly tap the air filter to remove loose debris. If heavily soiled, clean or replace as per the full manual.
6.2 Periodic Maintenance
- Spark Plug: Inspect and clean the spark plug regularly. Replace if electrodes are worn or fouled.
- Fuel Filter: Check and clean or replace the fuel filter as needed.
- Gearbox Lubrication: Periodically check and replenish the grease in the gearbox.
- Blade Sharpening: Sharpen the blades as they become dull. A sharp blade ensures clean cuts and reduces strain on the engine. Always wear heavy gloves when handling blades.
6.3 Storage
- Before storing, ensure the fuel tank is empty or filled with a fuel stabilizer. Run the engine until it stops to clear the carburetor.
- Clean the entire unit thoroughly.
- Apply a thin coat of oil to all metal parts to prevent rust.
- Store the hedge trimmer in a dry, well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Use the provided storage bag for protection.
