Setup Instructions
Follow these steps to assemble your dog bed:
- Unpack the Components: Carefully open the shipping box and remove the vacuum-sealed memory foam base and the bed cover. Avoid using sharp objects that could damage the product.
- Allow Foam to Expand: The memory foam base is vacuum-sealed. Remove it from its plastic packaging and allow it to expand fully. This process may take 24 to 48 hours. The foam will regain its original shape and thickness.

- Insert Foam into Cover: Once the foam has fully expanded, carefully insert it into the bed cover. Ensure the orthopedic egg crate foam side is facing up for cooler temperatures, or the flat side for warmer temperatures, depending on your preference.
- Zip Up the Cover: Close the zipper securely.
- Place the Bone Toy: The included bone toy can be placed on the bed for your pet's enjoyment.

Troubleshooting
Foam Not Fully Expanded
If the memory foam does not fully expand after 48 hours, ensure it was completely removed from its vacuum-sealed packaging. Gently massage the foam to help it regain its shape. Allow additional time in a well-ventilated room.
Cover Difficult to Zip
If the cover is difficult to zip, ensure the foam is correctly aligned within the cover and not bunched up. Gently compress the foam while zipping to ease the process.
Odor from New Foam
A slight odor may be present when the memory foam is first unpacked. This is normal and harmless. Allow the foam to air out in a well-ventilated area for 24-48 hours before use.
