Setup

Initial Charging of the Vacuum Sealer Machine:

1. Locate the Type-C charging cable included in the set.
2. Connect the Type-C end of the cable to the charging port on the vacuum sealer machine.
3. Connect the USB-A end of the cable to a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or a computer USB port.
4. Allow the machine to charge fully before first use. The charging indicator light will change (refer to machine's specific light behavior if available, otherwise assume it turns off or changes color when full).

Preparing Containers for Use:

• Before first use, wash all containers and lids with warm soapy water.
• Rinse thoroughly and allow them to air dry completely. Ensure the silicone sealing ring on the lid is clean and properly seated to ensure an effective vacuum seal.

Operating Instructions

Step-by-Step Vacuum Sealing:

1. Prepare Food: Place the food item(s) into the desired size of ZKIRON FreshLock container. Do not overfill the container; leave sufficient space between the food and the lid.
2. Secure the Lid: Place the lid firmly onto the container. Ensure the lid is properly aligned and seated on all sides to create a preliminary seal.
3. Position Vacuum Sealer: Place the vacuum sealer machine directly over the circular valve on the center of the container lid. Ensure it is centered and stable.
4. Activate Sealing: Press the button on the top of the vacuum sealer machine. The machine will begin to extract air from the container.
5. Automatic Stop: The vacuum sealer machine will automatically stop once the optimal vacuum level is reached. This frees your hands during the process.
6. Verify Seal: After the machine stops, the middle of the air valve on the lid should appear sunken, indicating a successful vacuum seal.

Releasing the Vacuum Seal:

1. To open the container, gently lift the small circular valve in the center of the lid. You will hear a hiss as air re-enters the container.
2. Once the air is released, the lid can be easily removed.

Maintenance and Care

Cleaning Instructions:

• Containers and Lids: The containers and lids are dishwasher safe. For best results, wash them on the top rack of your dishwasher. Alternatively, hand wash with warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and air dry.
• Silicone Sealing Ring: Periodically remove the silicone sealing ring from the lid for thorough cleaning. Ensure it is completely dry before re-inserting it into the lid. A clean and properly seated ring is crucial for an effective seal.
• Vacuum Sealer Machine: Wipe the vacuum sealer machine with a damp cloth. Do not submerge the machine in water or wash it under running water, as this can damage the electronic components.

Storage:

• When not in use, the containers are designed to be stackable, saving space in your kitchen cabinets or refrigerator.
• Store the vacuum sealer machine in a dry place.
