2. Safety Information

The camera features a high-resolution lens, infrared LEDs for night vision, a spotlight, a PIR motion sensor, and a microphone/speaker for two-way audio. The solar panel connects to the camera to provide continuous power.

5. Setup Guide

5.1 Initial Charging

Although the camera is equipped with a solar panel, it is recommended to fully charge the built-in 5200mAh battery using the provided charging cable before the first use. Connect the charging cable to the camera's charging port and a standard USB power adapter (not included).

The solar panel will maintain the battery charge under sufficient sunlight, providing up to 365 days of uninterrupted operation. In periods of low sunlight, the battery can power the camera for 1-3 months on its own.

5.2 App Installation and Account Setup

Download the "O-KAM Pro" app from your device's app store (Android & iOS compatible). Search for "O-KAM Pro" and install the application.

1. Open the "O-KAM Pro" app.
2. Register a new account or log in if you already have one.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to add your camera.

5.3 Device Pairing (Wi-Fi Connection)

Ensure your smartphone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. The camera supports Wi-Fi connectivity.

1. In the O-KAM Pro app, tap the "+" icon to add a new device.
2. Select your camera model from the list.
3. Power on the camera. The camera will enter pairing mode (indicated by a specific LED light pattern or voice prompt).
4. Follow the app's instructions to connect the camera to your Wi-Fi network. This usually involves scanning a QR code displayed on your phone with the camera lens.
5. Once connected, the camera will confirm successful pairing.

5.4 Mounting the Camera and Solar Panel

Choose a suitable location for installation, ensuring good Wi-Fi signal strength and adequate sunlight exposure for the solar panel. The camera has an IP65 waterproof rating, making it suitable for outdoor use in various weather conditions.

1. Mark the drilling spots using the mounting bracket as a template.
2. Drill holes and insert wall anchors if mounting on masonry or drywall.
3. Secure the mounting bracket to the wall using the provided screws.
4. Attach the camera to the mounting bracket and adjust the angle for optimal viewing.
5. Mount the solar panel in a location that receives maximum direct sunlight throughout the day and connect its cable to the camera.

6. Operating the Camera

6.1 Live View and Video Quality

Access the live feed of your camera through the O-KAM Pro app. The camera provides 2K resolution video, offering clear and detailed images. It also features a 130° wide field of view, covering a broad area for comprehensive monitoring.

6.2 Night Vision

The camera is equipped with full-color night vision, allowing you to see clear, colored images even in low-light conditions or complete darkness. The night vision range extends up to 33 feet (10 meters).

6.3 AI Motion Detection and Alerts

The camera utilizes advanced AI motion detection to accurately identify human figures, reducing false alarms from animals or other non-human movements. When motion is detected, the PIR sensor triggers real-time notifications to your smartphone via the O-KAM Pro app.

• Customizable Motion Zones: Define specific areas within the camera's view where you want motion detection to be active, minimizing unwanted alerts.
• Siren Alarm & Spotlight: Configure the camera to activate a siren alarm and/or spotlight upon motion detection to deter intruders. You can also customize the siren message.

6.4 Two-Way Audio

The integrated microphone and speaker enable two-way communication. You can speak to visitors, delivery personnel, or deter unwanted individuals directly through the O-KAM Pro app from anywhere.

6.5 Video Storage

The camera offers flexible storage options for your recorded video footage:

• Local Storage (SD Card): Supports Micro SD cards up to 256GB (not included). Insert the SD card into the designated slot on the camera. This option provides free local storage without subscription fees.
• Cloud Storage: An optional cloud storage service is available for convenient access to your recordings from anywhere. Check the O-KAM Pro app for subscription details and plans.

• Cleaning: Regularly wipe the camera lens and solar panel with a soft, damp cloth to ensure clear vision and efficient solar charging. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
• Battery Health: While the solar panel provides continuous power, ensure the solar panel is free from obstructions (e.g., leaves, snow) to maximize charging efficiency. If the camera is installed in a location with limited sunlight, occasional manual charging may be required.
