4. Maintenance

4.1 Screen Care

The 3.5-inch IPS screen is protected by tempered glass, offering scratch-proof and anti-fall properties. To maintain clarity, gently wipe the screen with a soft, lint-free cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the display or its lamination.

4.2 Battery Care

To prolong the life of the built-in 3300mAh lithium battery, use only a 5V/1.5A charger. Avoid overcharging or completely draining the battery frequently. If the device will not be used for an extended period, charge it to approximately 50% before storage.

4.3 SD Card Management

The console uses TF/MicroSD cards for its operating system and game storage. Ensure cards are inserted and removed carefully to prevent damage. For adding new games or emulators, it is recommended to use a high-quality SD card and follow specific instructions for the Linux system to avoid data corruption.

5. Troubleshooting

  • Device not powering on: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the console to a 5V/1.5A charger and wait a few minutes before attempting to power on again.
  • Screen issues (lines, flickering): If the screen displays unusual lines or flickers, try restarting the device. If the issue persists, ensure the device has not been subjected to physical impact.
  • Game performance issues (frame dropping): The console features an H700 quad-core ARM Cortex-A53 and dual-core G31 MP2 GPU designed to minimize frame dropping. Ensure the game is compatible with the console's specifications. For advanced users, optimizing the Linux system or using alternative firmware might improve performance for certain demanding titles.
  • Charging problems: If the device is not charging, verify that you are using a 5V/1.5A charger. Using incompatible or fast chargers can prevent charging or damage the device.
  • Adding games/emulators: The Linux system allows for customization. Refer to online communities and official resources for detailed guides on adding new emulators or games to the TF card. Incorrect procedures can lead to system instability.
