4.2 Gas Type Conversion (NG/LPG):

The cooktop comes pre-installed with LPG (Propane) nozzles, making it ready for immediate use with propane gas, suitable for RVs and other propane-supplied environments. Important: Ensure the correct gas regulator is used for your gas supply type. The cooktop requires a gas regulator (not included) appropriate for your gas type and pressure. Improper gas connection or regulator can lead to gas leaks and fire hazards.

4.3 Electrical Connection:

The cooktop features a plug-in pulse ignition system that requires a 110V AC power supply. Connect the provided power cord to a grounded electrical outlet. The igniter will not function without electrical power, but burners can still be lit manually with a lighter.

5.2 Ignition and Flame Adjustment:

  1. Ensure all burner caps and grates are correctly positioned on the cooktop.
  2. Push down the desired burner knob and turn it counter-clockwise to the "HIGH" position. You will hear a clicking sound as the igniter sparks.
  3. Once the burner ignites, continue to hold the knob down for a few seconds to allow the thermocouple to heat up and activate the flame-out protection.
  4. Release the knob and adjust the flame size by rotating the knob between "HIGH" and "LOW" settings.
  5. To turn off the burner, turn the knob clockwise to the "OFF" position.

Note: If the burner does not ignite within 5 seconds, turn the knob to "OFF", wait for at least one minute, and then try again. If the igniter is not working due to lack of power, you can manually light the burner by holding a lit match or lighter to the burner while turning the knob to the "HIGH" position.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning and maintenance will help keep your cooktop in excellent condition and ensure safe operation.

6.1 Tempered Glass Surface:

The 8mm thick black tempered glass surface is designed for easy cleaning. For best results:

  • Allow the cooktop to cool completely before cleaning.
  • Wipe spills immediately with a soft cloth and mild detergent.
  • For stubborn stains, use a non-abrasive glass cooktop cleaner.
  • Avoid using abrasive pads, harsh chemicals, or sharp objects that could scratch the glass.
  • The one-piece design helps prevent spills from seeping into the interior, simplifying maintenance.

  • Clean burner caps and bases regularly to prevent clogged ports, which can affect flame quality. Ensure they are completely dry before reassembling.
  • The metal-plastic knobs can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. Do not immerse them in water.
