Setup
1. Installing the Battery
- Locate the battery compartment on the back of the clock.
- Open the battery compartment cover.
- Insert one (1) AA battery, ensuring the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals are aligned correctly according to the markings inside the compartment.
- Close the battery compartment cover securely.
Important: Ensure the battery is inserted correctly. Incorrect insertion can damage the clock. Do not use rechargeable batteries.
2. Setting the Time
- Locate the time setting knob on the back of the clock.
- Gently turn the knob in either direction to move the clock hands to the correct time.
- Once the correct time is set, the silent second hand will begin to move smoothly.
3. Mounting the Clock
The Nitori 8172742 wall clock features a hanger-shaped hanging hole for easy installation.
- Select a suitable location on a wall for mounting.
- Install a wall hook (sold separately) securely into the wall at the desired height. Ensure the hook is strong enough to support the clock's weight (approximately 0.47 kg / 16.1 oz).
- Carefully hang the clock onto the wall hook using the hanger-shaped hole on the back.
- Ensure the clock is stable and level before releasing it.

Operating Instructions
