1. Introduction

This manual provides essential information for the safe and effective use of your UpBright 5V AC/DC Adapter. This power supply is designed to provide stable 5V DC power to compatible electronic devices, specifically Eoxsmile Model CR1001E, HOLA-CR1001E-B, HOLA-CR1001E, and CR1002 LED Digital Bluetooth Alarm Clocks and FM Radios.

Please read this manual thoroughly before using the adapter and retain it for future reference.

2. Safety Information

To ensure safe operation and prevent damage, observe the following precautions:

• Input Voltage: This adapter supports a wide input voltage range of 100-240VAC at 50/60Hz, making it suitable for worldwide use.

3.1 Compatibility

This adapter is specifically designed to be compatible with the following Eoxsmile models:

• Eoxsmile Model CR1001E
• Eoxsmile Model HOLA-CR1001E-B
• Eoxsmile Model HOLA-CR1001E
• Eoxsmile Model CR1002 (7 Color Night Light Bluetooth Speaker Digital Alarm Clock FM Radio)

It is also compatible with specific digital alarm clocks and Bluetooth speakers that require a 5V DC, 2A power supply, such as those listed under ASINs B087N13CLF, B09YC8NLCG, and B09Y2SDKF2.

4. Setup Instructions

Setting up your UpBright AC/DC Adapter is straightforward:

1. Verify Compatibility: Before connecting, ensure your device requires a 5V DC input and has a compatible barrel round connector. Using the adapter with incompatible devices may cause damage.
2. Connect to Device: Insert the barrel round connector of the adapter cable firmly into the DC input port of your Eoxsmile alarm clock or compatible device.
3. Connect to Power Outlet: Plug the AC prongs of the adapter into a standard wall power outlet (100-240VAC, 50/60Hz).
4. Power On: Once connected, your device should receive power and operate as intended.

For international orders, a suitable outlet adapter may be included to fit your country's power sockets. Ensure you use the correct adapter if provided.

5. Operating Instructions

The UpBright 5V AC/DC Adapter operates automatically once connected to a power source and a compatible device. It provides continuous power to your device. There are no user-adjustable settings on the adapter itself.

• Continuous Power: The adapter will supply power as long as it is plugged into a live outlet and connected to a device.
• Power Disconnection: To turn off power to your device, simply unplug the adapter from the wall outlet or disconnect the barrel connector from your device.

6. Maintenance and Care

Proper care will extend the life of your adapter:

• Cleaning: Disconnect the adapter from the power outlet and device before cleaning. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the surface. Do not use liquid cleaners or aerosols.
• Storage: When not in use, store the adapter in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Avoid tightly winding the cable.
• Avoid Physical Damage: Do not drop, crush, or expose the adapter to strong impacts.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your adapter, try the following steps:

• No Power to Device:
  • Ensure the adapter is securely plugged into a working wall outlet. Test the outlet with another device.
  • Verify that the barrel connector is fully inserted into your device's power input port.
  • Confirm that your device is compatible with a 5V DC, 2A power supply.
  • Check the adapter cable for any visible damage (cuts, kinks). If damaged, discontinue use.
• Device Malfunction:
  • If your device is not functioning correctly after connecting the adapter, ensure the device itself is not faulty. Try powering the device with its original adapter if available, or another compatible power source.
• Adapter Overheating:
  • A slight warmth is normal during operation. However, if the adapter becomes excessively hot, unplug it immediately. Ensure it is not covered and has adequate ventilation.
