3. Safety Instructions

4. Setup

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Dicing Vegetables
- Select either the 6.5x6.5mm or 14x14mm dicing blade.
- Place the chosen blade into the main chopper unit.
- Cut the vegetable (e.g., onion, bell pepper) into pieces that fit comfortably over the blade grid.
- Place the vegetable piece onto the blade.
- Align the top lid with the vegetable and press down firmly and quickly. The vegetable will be diced and collected in the container below.

5.2 Slicing and Shredding
- Select the desired slicing (e.g., 2mm slicing) or shredding blade (e.g., 3mm or 4mm shredding).
- Insert the chosen blade into the main unit's slicing/shredding slot.
- Attach the hand protector to the vegetable you wish to slice or shred.
- Hold the hand protector firmly and slide the vegetable across the blade in a smooth, continuous motion.
- The sliced or shredded pieces will fall into the collection container.

5.3 Using the Egg Separator
- Place the egg separator attachment onto the collection container.
- Crack an egg directly into the separator. The egg white will pass through, leaving the yolk in the separator.
5.4 Using the Drainable Container
The collection container features drainage holes on the side. After chopping or washing vegetables, you can tilt the container to drain excess liquid without removing the contents.
