This device is designed to provide comprehensive recording of your driving environment, enhancing safety and providing evidence in case of incidents. It features a 4K Ultra HD front camera and a Full HD 1080P rear camera, WiFi connectivity for app control, night vision, and parking monitoring capabilities.

2. Safety Information

• Do not operate the dash cam while driving. Adjust settings only when the vehicle is safely parked.

4. Product Overview

The YOVDA Dash Cam system includes a main front camera unit with a 1.47-inch display and a separate rear camera. Key features include:

5. Setup

5.1 Installing the Memory Card

Insert a Class 10 or higher Micro SD card (up to 128GB, not included) into the dash cam's SD card slot. Ensure the card is inserted correctly until it clicks into place. Format the card within the dash cam's settings before first use.

5.2 Mounting the Front Dash Cam

1. Clean the windshield area where you intend to mount the dash cam.
2. Apply an electrostatic sticker to the clean windshield. This helps in easy removal and prevents adhesive residue.
3. Attach the 3M adhesive tape to the dash cam bracket.
4. Press the bracket firmly onto the electrostatic sticker on the windshield. Hold for a few seconds to ensure a strong bond.
5. Slide the dash cam unit onto the mounted bracket. The angle can be adjusted vertically.

5.3 Installing the Rear Camera

Mount the rear camera on the rear windshield using its adhesive. Route the rear camera cable to the front dash cam and connect it to the designated port. Ensure the cable is tucked away neatly to avoid obstructing vision or creating hazards.

5.4 Power Connection

Connect the provided Type-C car charger to the dash cam's power port and plug the other end into your vehicle's 12V power outlet (cigarette lighter socket). The dash cam will automatically power on and begin recording when the vehicle's ignition is turned on.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Automatic Recording

Once powered on, the dash cam will automatically start continuous loop recording. Video files are saved in segments (e.g., 1, 3, or 5 minutes) to the Micro SD card. When the card is full, the oldest unlocked files will be overwritten by new recordings.

6.2 G-Sensor (Emergency Locking)

The built-in G-Sensor detects sudden impacts or collisions. When triggered, it automatically locks the current video segment, preventing it from being overwritten by loop recording. These locked files are stored in a separate folder on the SD card.

6.3 Night Vision

The dash cam is equipped with night vision technology to capture clear images and videos even in low-light conditions, ensuring visibility during nighttime driving.

7. App Control (WiFi Connect)

The YOVDA Dash Cam features a standard 2.4G WiFi function, allowing you to connect it to your smartphone via the Viidure app for convenient control and footage management.

7.1 Downloading the App

Search for "Viidure" in your smartphone's app store (App Store for iOS or Google Play Store for Android) and download the application.

7.2 Connecting via WiFi

1. Turn on the dash cam.
2. Enable WiFi on your smartphone.
3. On your smartphone, go to WiFi settings and connect to the dash cam's WiFi network (SSID and password can be found on the dash cam screen or in the manual).
4. Open the Viidure app. The app will automatically connect to the dash cam.

Note: The dash cam's WiFi is for device control and data transfer only; it does not provide mobile internet access.

7.3 App Functions

Through the Viidure app, you can:

• View live footage from both front and rear cameras.
• Browse and download recorded videos and photos to your smartphone.
• Adjust dash cam settings (e.g., resolution, loop recording duration, G-Sensor sensitivity).
• Share footage directly to social media platforms.

8. Parking Monitor

The Parking Monitor feature provides continuous surveillance of your vehicle even when it is parked and the engine is off. To activate this feature, an additional hardwire kit needs to be purchased separately and installed. Once installed, the dash cam will monitor for impacts or motion and record events, providing 24-hour protection.
