4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Basic Rice Cooking (White Rice)

  1. Measure Rice: Use the provided measuring cup to measure the desired amount of rice.
  2. Wash Rice: Place the measured rice into the inner pot. Wash the rice gently under running water until the water runs clear.

    Note: The inner pot is designed for washing rice, eliminating the need for a separate colander or bowl.

  3. Add Water: Add water to the corresponding water level mark inside the inner pot for the amount of rice being cooked. For example, if cooking 3 cups of white rice, fill water to the "White Rice 3" line.
  4. Place Inner Pot: Place the inner pot into the main unit, ensuring it is seated correctly.
  5. Close Lid: Close the outer lid firmly until it clicks.
  6. Select Menu: Press the "Menu" button to select "White Rice".
  7. Adjust Texture (Optional): For white rice, you can choose from three textures: firm, regular, or soft. Use the arrow buttons to select your preference.

  8. Start Cooking: Press the "Cook" button to start the cooking cycle. The display will show the remaining cooking time.
