1. Introduction

2. Package Contents

Verify that all items are present in your package:

  • 1 x Meidase P70 Trail Camera
  • 1 x Mounting Strap (6 feet length)

Note: An SD memory card and 8 AA batteries are required for operation and are not included.

3. Setup

  4. Power On: Slide the power switch to the "ON" position. The camera display will activate.
  5. Format SD Card: Access the camera's menu by pressing the "MENU" button. Navigate to the "Format SD Card" option and confirm to format the card. This prepares the card for optimal use with the camera.
  6. Motion Test: In the menu, select "Motion Test" to verify that the motion sensors are functioning correctly. Make movements in front of the camera; a red LED light will blink to indicate motion capture. Wait 1-2 minutes for motion sensors to fully activate.
  7. Enter Working Mode: Press the "START" button to exit the menu and enter the working mode. Close the camera door securely.
  8. Mount the Camera: Use the provided mounting strap to secure the camera to a sturdy tree or post. The recommended installation height is 0.5 to 1 meter, adjustable based on your specific application and target subjects.

4. Operating the Camera
