Setup Guide

Method 1: WPS Button Setup (Recommended for Repeater Mode)

  1. Plug the Repeater into a power outlet near your existing Wi-Fi router.
  2. Wait for the Power LED to turn solid.
  3. Press the WPS button on your existing router.
  4. Within two minutes, press the WPS button on the Repeater.
  5. The Repeater's Signal LED should turn solid, indicating a successful connection.
  6. Relocate the Repeater to a suitable location between your router and the Wi-Fi dead zone. Ensure the Signal LED indicates good signal strength.

Method 2: Web Browser Setup

  1. Plug the Repeater into a power outlet.
  2. Connect your computer or mobile device to the Repeater's default Wi-Fi network (e.g., "Wireless-AC" or similar, check device label for exact SSID). No password is required initially.
  3. Open a web browser and enter the default IP address: 192.168.188.1 in the address bar.
  4. Log in using the default username and password (usually "admin" for both, check device label).
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to select your desired operating mode (Repeater, AP, or Router) and configure network settings.
  6. For Repeater Mode, select your existing Wi-Fi network and enter its password.
  7. For AP Mode, connect the Repeater to your router via an Ethernet cable and configure a new Wi-Fi network.
  8. For Router Mode, connect the Repeater to your modem via an Ethernet cable and configure your internet connection.
  9. Once configured, relocate the Repeater to an optimal position.

Operating Modes

The device supports three main operating modes:

1. Repeater Mode (WISP Mode)

Extends the range of your existing Wi-Fi network. It connects wirelessly to your router and rebroadcasts the signal, eliminating Wi-Fi dead zones.
