Setup and First Use

Unpacking

  1. Carefully remove the appliance and all accessories from the packaging.
  2. Remove any packaging materials, stickers, or labels from the unit.
  3. Inspect the appliance for any damage. Do not operate if damaged.

Placement

  • Place the oven on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface.
  • Ensure there is adequate clearance (at least 6 inches) on all sides and above the oven for proper ventilation.
  • Do not place the oven near flammable materials such as curtains or walls.
  • Ensure the power cord is not obstructed or pinched.

Initial Cleaning and Burn-In

  1. Wipe the exterior of the oven with a damp cloth.
  2. Wash all accessories (pizza stone, grill/griddle, air fry basket, baking tray, wire rack, pizza peel, crumb tray, tray extractor) with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
  3. Before first use, operate the oven empty for approximately 15 minutes at 400°F (200°C) to burn off any manufacturing residues. This may produce a slight odor or smoke, which is normal. Ensure the area is well-ventilated.
  4. Allow the oven to cool completely before proceeding.

General Operation

  4. Adjust temperature and time as needed using the "TEMP/DARKNESS" and "TIME" buttons and the rotary knob.
  5. Press "START/STOP" to begin cooking.
  6. To pause or stop cooking, press "START/STOP" again.
  7. The oven will beep when cooking is complete. Carefully remove food using oven mitts and the tray extractor.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Before Cleaning
