Setup

  1. Charge the Monitor: Connect the monitor unit to a power outlet using its USB-C cord and power adapter. Allow it to charge fully before first use. The battery indicator on the screen will show charging status.
  2. Power the Camera: Connect the camera unit to a power outlet using its USB-C cord and power adapter. The camera does not have an internal battery and requires continuous power.
  3. Position the Camera: Place the camera in a location that provides a clear view of the area you wish to monitor. Ensure it is stable, either on a flat surface using the included stand or mounted securely.
  4. Power On: Press and hold the power button on both the camera and monitor units until they turn on. The units should automatically pair. If pairing does not occur, refer to the Troubleshooting section.
  5. Adjust View: Manually adjust the camera's angle to achieve the desired viewing area.

Operating Instructions

Monitor Controls

  • Power On/Off: Press and hold the power button on the monitor.
  • Volume Adjustment: Use the up/down arrow buttons to increase or decrease the audio volume from the camera.
  • Brightness Adjustment: Use the left/right arrow buttons to adjust the screen brightness.
  • Menu Button (M): Press to access monitor settings. Use arrow keys to navigate and OK to select.
  • OK Button: Confirms selections in the menu or activates two-way audio when not in the menu.

VOX Mode

VOX (Voice Operated eXchange) mode conserves battery by turning off the monitor's screen when no sound is detected from the camera. The screen will automatically turn back on when sound is picked up.

  • Activating VOX: Access the monitor's menu, navigate to the VOX settings, and select 'On'. You may also be able to adjust the sensitivity level.
  • Deactivating VOX: Follow the same steps and select 'Off'.

Two-Way Audio

The two-way audio feature allows you to speak to the person being monitored through the camera unit.

  • To Speak: While viewing the live feed, press and hold the 'OK' button on the monitor. Speak clearly into the monitor's microphone. Release the button to listen.
  • Camera Microphone: The camera's microphone is always active, allowing you to hear sounds from the monitored area continuously.

Infrared Night Vision

The camera is equipped with infrared LEDs that automatically activate in low-light conditions, providing a clear black-and-white image on the monitor.
