1. Introduction

This 2K QHD wireless camera is designed for outdoor surveillance, featuring 360° PTZ (Pan/Tilt/Zoom) capabilities, PIR human detection, and a solar panel for continuous power. This manual provides essential information for installation, operation, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of your device.

2. Safety Information
Please read all safety instructions carefully before using the product. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or other hazards.
- Power Source: Use only the provided solar panel or a compatible 5V/2A power adapter for charging.
- Installation: Ensure the camera is securely mounted to prevent falling. Avoid installing near flammable or explosive materials.
- Water Resistance: The camera is IP66 weatherproof, suitable for outdoor use. However, avoid submerging the device in water.
- Temperature: Operate the camera within the specified temperature range of -20°C to 60°C.
- Battery Safety: The camera contains a rechargeable lithium-ion battery. Do not disassemble, puncture, or expose the battery to extreme heat.
- Disposal: Dispose of the product and its components responsibly according to local regulations.

4. Setup
4.1 Charging the Camera
Before initial use, fully charge the camera's built-in 15000mAh rechargeable battery using the provided USB Type-C cable and a 5V/2A adapter, or by connecting it to the solar panel in direct sunlight. The solar panel provides continuous power, making the camera 100% wireless.

4.2 App Installation and Account Creation
Download the 'Yes iH' app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Follow the in-app instructions to create an account and log in.
4.3 Camera Pairing with Wi-Fi
- Power on the camera.
- Open the 'Yes iH' app and tap 'Add Device'.
- Select your camera model and follow the on-screen prompts to connect to your 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi network. Note: The camera only supports 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi.
- Scan the QR code displayed on your phone with the camera lens.
- Once connected, the camera will confirm verbally, and you can name your device.
4.4 Physical Installation
The camera can be wall-mounted or ceiling-mounted. Choose a location with optimal sunlight exposure for the solar panel and a clear view of the area you wish to monitor.
- Attach the flexible support bracket to the desired mounting surface using the provided screws and wall plugs.
- Secure the camera to the bracket.
- Adjust the camera angle for optimal coverage.
- Mount the solar panel in a location that receives maximum direct sunlight throughout the day. Connect the solar panel cable to the camera's charging port.

5. Operating the Camera
5.1 Live View and PTZ Control
Open the 'Yes iH' app and select your camera to access the live view. Use the on-screen controls to pan 355° horizontally and tilt 90° vertically, providing 360° coverage without blind spots. You can also use the 5X digital zoom feature to view details.

5.2 PIR Human Detection and Alerts
The camera features an intelligent PIR infrared sensor for human detection, reducing false alarms. When a suspicious person is detected, the camera can trigger a triple alert system:
- Siren Alarm: Emits a loud siren sound.
- Spotlight Alarm: Activates bright spotlights.
- Audio Alert: Plays a pre-recorded message or allows two-way audio communication.
You will receive instant notifications (within 1 second) on your phone via the app. You can customize detection zones and sensitivity settings within the app to minimize unwanted alerts.

5.3 Two-Way Audio
The built-in microphone and speaker allow for two-way communication. Use the 'Hold to Talk' function in the app to speak through the camera, or listen to audio from the camera's vicinity.

5.4 Night Vision
The camera offers both 2K color night vision and 2K infrared night vision for clear monitoring in low-light conditions.

5.5 Storage Options
The camera supports two storage options for recorded footage:
- Micro SD Card: Supports up to 128GB (not included). Insert the card into the designated slot on the camera.
- Cloud Storage: A 7-day free trial is available. Cloud data is encrypted for enhanced security.

5.6 Alexa Integration
The camera is compatible with Alexa. You can integrate it with your Alexa-enabled devices to view live feeds using voice commands (e.g., "Alexa, show me the backyard").
6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Regularly wipe the camera lens and solar panel with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust and debris. Ensure the solar panel is clean for efficient charging.
- Firmware Updates: Check the 'Yes iH' app periodically for firmware updates to ensure your camera has the latest features and security enhancements.
- Battery Health: While the solar panel provides continuous power, ensure the camera receives adequate sunlight to maintain battery charge, especially during prolonged cloudy periods.

7. Troubleshooting
