Product Features
- Compact Design: Stubby length for comfortable handling in low-torque applications and confined spaces.
- 90-Tooth Reversible Ratcheting Mechanism: Provides a minimal sweep of 4 degrees, ideal for tight, confined, and hard-to-reach areas.
- Swivel Head: Pivots through a 250-degree range, allowing for multiple drive angles to access fasteners in awkward positions.
- Magnetic Bit Retention: Ensures secure holding of bits in the ratcheting bit driver.
- Knurled Thumb Wheel: Located on the swivel head for enhanced grip and rapid tightening or loosening in confined areas.
- Durable Construction: Made of chrome vanadium steel with a black manganese phosphate finish on the ratchet and a full polish finish on the bit driver for longevity.

Operating Instructions
- Selecting the Tool: Choose the Nano Ratchet for 1/4-inch drive sockets or the Nano Ratcheting Bit Driver for 1/4-inch hex bits.
- Attaching Bits/Sockets:
- For the Nano Ratchet: Press the socket onto the 1/4-inch square drive until it clicks securely into place.
- For the Nano Ratcheting Bit Driver: Insert the desired 1/4-inch hex bit into the magnetic bit holder. The magnetic retention will hold the bit firmly.
- Setting Ratchet Direction: The ratchet mechanism is reversible. Rotate the central part of the swivel head to select the desired direction for tightening or loosening.
- Using the Swivel Head: The head can pivot up to 250 degrees. Adjust the angle to best suit the access requirements of your fastener. This allows for use in various orientations.
- Applying Torque: Place the tool onto the fastener. For initial tightening or final loosening in very confined spaces, use the knurled thumb wheel for rapid rotation. Once resistance is met, use the handle to apply torque. The 90-tooth mechanism allows for small, precise turns.
- Removing Bits/Sockets: Pull the socket directly off the square drive. For the bit driver, simply pull the bit out of the magnetic holder.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: After each use, wipe the tools clean with a dry cloth to remove dirt, grease, and debris. For stubborn grime, a mild solvent or degreaser can be used, followed by thorough drying.
- Lubrication: Periodically apply a small amount of light machine oil to the ratcheting mechanism to ensure smooth operation and prevent corrosion. Avoid over-lubricating.
- Storage: Store the tools in a clean, dry environment, away from excessive moisture or corrosive chemicals. The original packaging or a dedicated tool organizer is recommended.
- Inspection: Regularly inspect the tools for any signs of wear, damage, or corrosion. Discontinue use if any significant damage is observed and replace if necessary.
Troubleshooting
- Ratcheting Mechanism Feels Stiff: This may indicate a lack of lubrication or accumulation of debris. Clean the mechanism and apply a small amount of light machine oil.
- Bit/Socket Slipping: Ensure the bit or socket is fully seated on the drive. For the bit driver, check if the bit is compatible with the magnetic holder. If the fastener is stripped, the tool will not be able to engage it properly.
- Difficulty Changing Ratchet Direction: Ensure the tool is not under load when attempting to change direction. Clean any debris that might be obstructing the selector.
