Setup

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
  2. Placement: Place the machine on a clean, dry, stable, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit.
  3. Assembly:
    • Ensure the stirring paddle is correctly installed inside the transparent container.
    • Place the transparent container securely onto the base unit.
    • Attach the drip tray to the front of the base unit.
    • Place the lid on top of the container.
  4. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, clean all parts that will come into contact with food. Refer to the "Maintenance and Cleaning" section for detailed instructions.
  5. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet with the correct voltage (110V-220V).

Operating Instructions

Filling the Container

  1. Ensure the machine is unplugged.
  2. Remove the lid.
  3. Pour your desired liquid (chocolate, coffee, milk, etc.) into the transparent container. Do not exceed the maximum fill line.
  4. Replace the lid securely.

Heating and Mixing

  1. Plug the machine into a suitable power outlet.
  2. Turn on the main power switch, usually located on the side or back of the base unit.
  3. Use the control panel to set the desired temperature. The temperature range is 30-90 ℃ (86-194 ℉).

  4. The internal rotating paddle will automatically begin stirring the product to ensure even heating and prevent clumping.
  5. The machine will maintain the set temperature, restarting heating if the liquid temperature drops below the set point.

Dispensing

  1. Place a cup or container under the dispensing faucet.
  2. Pull the faucet handle towards you to dispense the heated liquid.
  3. Push the faucet handle back to close and stop dispensing.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning is crucial for hygiene and extending the lifespan of your machine.

  1. Power Off and Unplug: Always turn off the machine and unplug it from the power outlet before cleaning. Allow the machine to cool down completely.
  2. Empty Container: Empty any remaining liquid from the transparent container.
  3. Disassembly: Carefully remove the lid, transparent container, stirring paddle, and drip tray.
  4. Washing Components: Wash the transparent container, lid, stirring paddle, and drip tray with warm, soapy water. Use a soft sponge or brush. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
  5. Cleaning the Faucet: The faucet can be disassembled for thorough cleaning. Refer to the diagram for proper reassembly. Use the provided cleaning brush for narrow areas.

  6. Cleaning the Base Unit: Wipe the exterior of the base unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the base unit in water.
  7. Drying: Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling and storing the machine.
  8. Sealing Ring: Periodically check the sealing ring for wear and tear. A replacement sealing ring is included.

Troubleshooting
