AT Command Mode

Users can query the current status of the module or set parameters by sending AT commands.

Refer to the detailed online user manual for a complete list of AT commands.

AES Communication

The secret key is writable but unreadable. Devices with encrypted transmission enabled and the same key can communicate with each other normally for greater security.

Listen Before Talk (LBT)

The module actively monitors the environmental noise of the channel before sending. If the noise exceeds the threshold, sending will be delayed. This function improves communication success rate in harsh environments and aids in anti-collision processing.

Receive Signal Strength Indication (RSSI)

Supports serial port output of data packet signal strength for evaluating signal quality, improving network, and measuring distance. Also supports serial port output of environmental noise signal strength for manual LBT function implementation.

6. Maintenance

High-Quality Components & Protection

The device is built with high-quality components to ensure stable performance under harsh working conditions. It includes multiple protection features for reliability and longevity.

Aluminum Alloy Enclosure

The device features an aluminum alloy enclosure with sandblasting and anodic oxidation, providing a solid, durable, and aesthetically pleasing design.

Temperature Compensated Crystal Oscillator

A temperature-compensated crystal oscillator (TCXO) ensures stable operation without frequency shift in high and low-temperature industrial environments.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your LoRa Data Transfer Kit, consider the following:

  • No Communication: Verify that both the transmitter and receiver units are powered on and within range. Check antenna connections. Ensure frequency and security keys match between units.
  • Intermittent Connection: This could be due to environmental interference or distance. Utilize RSSI to evaluate signal quality and consider adjusting antenna placement or using relay networking.
  • Incorrect Data: Confirm that the serial interface settings (baud rate, parity, data bits, flow control) are correctly configured on both the DTU and the connected acquisition device.
  • Power Issues: Ensure the power supply is within the specified voltage range (6-28V or 12V) and that there are no overcurrent or overvoltage conditions.
