Operating Instructions

The Reemix Food Processor features a powerful 500W motor and two speed settings for optimal processing of various ingredients.

Processing Food:

  1. Ensure the food processor is properly assembled and plugged in.
  2. Press and hold the desired speed button (Level 1 or Level 2) to begin processing. The motor will operate only while the button is pressed.
  3. Use short pulses for coarse chopping or hold for longer periods for finer results or pureeing.
  4. Monitor the consistency of the food through the clear glass bowl or by briefly lifting the motor unit and lid (after the blades have stopped completely).
  5. Once desired consistency is achieved, release the button and unplug the appliance.
  6. Carefully remove the motor unit, then the lid, and finally the blade before emptying the processed food.

Tips for Best Results:

  • Cut large ingredients into smaller, uniform pieces (approx. 1-inch cubes) before processing for even results.
  • Do not overload the bowl. Process in batches if necessary.
  • For very hard ingredients, use short pulses to avoid straining the motor.
  • If the motor slows down or overheats, stop operation, reduce the load, and allow the unit to cool before resuming.
