7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your vacuum cleaner, refer to the following troubleshooting guide:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Vacuum does not turn on. | Battery is not charged or not properly installed. | Ensure the battery is fully charged and securely inserted into the main unit. |
| Loss of suction power. | Dust cup is full; filters are clogged; brush roll is obstructed; blockage in the wand or hose. | Empty the dust cup. Clean or replace filters. Remove any obstructions from the brush roll, wand, or hose. |
| Brush roll stops rotating. | Obstruction in the brush roll; brush roll cover not properly secured. | Turn off the vacuum and remove any debris from the brush roll. Ensure the brush roll cover is securely latched. |
| Battery runtime is short. | Vacuum is used primarily in Max mode; battery not fully charged; battery degradation. | Use lower suction modes when possible. Ensure battery is fully charged before use. If battery life significantly decreases, consider replacing the battery. |
| Vacuum clogs frequently. | Attempting to pick up large debris; dust cup or filters are full/clogged. | Avoid vacuuming excessively large items. Regularly empty the dust cup and clean filters. Check for blockages in the main unit, wand, and floor brush. |
