4. Setup

The Creality Falcon Smoke Purifier comes pre-assembled for ease of use. Follow these steps for initial setup:

2. Connection: Connect the smoke purifier to your laser engraver's enclosure using an appropriate exhaust hose (not included). The purifier can be used with engraver enclosures equipped with an exhaust hose or directly with Creality Falcon2 Pro series engraving machines.
3. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a 110V power outlet. Ensure the power switch on the unit is in the 'OFF' position before plugging it in.

5. Operating Instructions

Operating the Creality Falcon Smoke Purifier is straightforward:

1. Power On: Flip the main power switch to the 'ON' position.
2. Adjust Purification Speed: Use the control knob on the front panel to adjust the purification speed from minimum to maximum, depending on the intensity of smoke and fumes generated by your laser engraver.

6.2. Filter Replacement Procedure

1. Unbuckle and Remove Cover: Unbuckle the metal latches on the lid and carefully remove the top cover of the purifier.
2. Remove Used Filter Kit: Carefully lift out the used 3-layer filter kit from the unit. Dispose of the old filters responsibly.
3. Insert New Replacement Kit: Place the new 3-layer filter kit into the unit, ensuring it is seated correctly.
4. Cover and Secure: Replace the lid and fasten the metal latches securely. The purifier is now ready for use.
