2. Important Safety Instructions
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and injury.
- Read all instructions before use.

3. Product Overview

4. Setup
4.1 Unpacking
- Remove all packaging materials from the appliance.
- Check that all parts are present and undamaged.
- Remove any stickers or labels from the appliance.
4.2 Initial Cleaning
- Wipe the exterior of the appliance with a damp cloth.
- Clean the cooking basket and pan with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
- Ensure all parts are dry before plugging in the appliance.
4.3 Placement
- Place the air fryer on a stable, level, and heat-resistant surface.
- Ensure there is at least 10 cm (4 inches) of free space around the back and sides of the appliance to allow for proper air circulation.
- Do not place the appliance directly against a wall or under cabinets during operation.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 General Operation
- Plug the power cord into a grounded wall outlet. The appliance will beep, and the display will light up briefly.
- Pull the cooking basket out of the appliance using the handle.
- Place the ingredients into the cooking basket. Do not exceed the MAX fill line.
- Slide the cooking basket back into the appliance until it clicks into place.
- Press the power button to turn on the appliance.
- Use the temperature and time adjustment buttons (usually '+' and '-') to set your desired cooking temperature and time.
- Press the power button again to start the cooking process.
- During cooking, you may pull out the basket to shake or turn the food for even cooking. The appliance will pause automatically and resume when the basket is reinserted.
- Once the cooking time is complete, the appliance will beep. Carefully pull out the basket and transfer the food to a plate.

5.2 Using Preset Programs
The LIVOO DOC294 Air Fryer comes with several preset programs for common food items. These programs automatically set the optimal temperature and time.

To use a preset program:
- After turning on the appliance, press the menu/mode button (often represented by an icon like a chef's hat or multiple squares) to cycle through the available preset programs.
- Once you select the desired program, the display will show the default temperature and time for that program.
- You can adjust the time and temperature manually if needed, even after selecting a preset.
- Press the power button to start cooking.
Note: The cooking guide on the top panel (Figure 3) provides general recommendations. Actual cooking times and temperatures may vary based on food quantity, thickness, and desired crispiness.
6. Cleaning and Maintenance
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your air fryer.
6.1 Before Cleaning
- Unplug the air fryer from the power outlet.
- Allow the appliance to cool down completely before cleaning.
6.2 Cleaning the Basket and Pan

- The cooking basket and pan have a non-stick coating. Do not use metal kitchen utensils or abrasive cleaning materials to clean them, as this may damage the coating.
- They can be washed by hand with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge.
- Alternatively, the basket and pan are generally dishwasher safe. Refer to the product packaging for confirmation.
- For stubborn food residue, soak the basket and pan in hot water with some dish soap for about 10 minutes before cleaning.
6.3 Cleaning the Interior and Exterior
- Wipe the exterior of the appliance with a damp cloth.
- Clean the interior of the appliance with a non-abrasive sponge or cloth.
- Never immerse the main unit in water or any other liquid.
- Clean the heating element with a cleaning brush to remove any food residue.
6.4 Storage
Ensure the appliance is clean and dry before storing. Store it in a cool, dry place.
