Setup

Unfolding the Sawhorse

The sawhorse features a fast-open mechanism for quick deployment.

  1. Place the folded sawhorse on a flat surface.
  2. Extend all four legs in sequence until they fully lock into position. The legs will snap into place.
  3. Push the fixed bracket (A) downwards to the locked-out position to ensure stability.

Adjusting Height

The sawhorse legs are adjustable to 6 different heights, ranging from 30 inches to 36 inches, allowing you to customize the working height for various tasks.

  1. Locate the adjustment pins on each leg.
  2. Press the pin to release the leg from its current height setting.
  3. Slide the inner leg up or down to the desired height. Ensure the pin snaps securely into one of the pre-drilled holes.
  4. Repeat for all four legs to ensure an even and stable working surface.

Attaching Timber Hooks

The included timber hooks can be attached to the sawhorse for added versatility.

  1. Identify the slots on the top beam of the sawhorse.
  2. Align the timber hook with the slot and slide it into place until it locks securely.
  3. These hooks are designed to fit 4x2 timber and other common sizes, providing support for materials or acting as a toolkit hanger.
