1. Introduction

This manual provides comprehensive instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your FEILUDE 630mm LED Backlight Set. This product is designed as a replacement backlight solution for compatible 32-inch LG TV models, including 32LN5100, 32LN520B, 32LN570V, 32LN545B, and 32LN5180, utilizing part numbers such as 6916L-1106A, 6916L-1105A, 6916L-1204A, and 6916L-1295A. Please read this manual thoroughly before proceeding with installation to ensure proper and safe usage.

Safety Information

• This product is designed for internal TV component replacement. Professional installation is highly recommended due to the complexity of disassembling a television.
• Always disconnect the TV from the power source before attempting any installation or maintenance.
• Handle the LED strips with care to avoid bending or damaging the circuit board and LED beads.
• The LED strips themselves are designed to be low heat and touchable, but the internal components of a TV can retain electrical charge. Exercise extreme caution.

2. Product Components

3. Setup and Installation

Installing replacement LED backlights requires careful disassembly and reassembly of your television. It is highly recommended that this procedure be performed by a qualified technician. If you choose to proceed yourself, follow these general guidelines:

1. Preparation:
   • Ensure the TV is completely unplugged from all power sources.
   • Gather necessary tools, which typically include screwdrivers, pry tools, and anti-static equipment.
   • Work in a clean, well-lit, and static-free environment.
2. TV Disassembly:
   • Carefully remove the TV's back cover, stand, and any internal components obstructing access to the display panel.
   • Gently detach the display panel and diffuser layers. These components are extremely fragile.
   • Locate the existing LED backlight strips.
3. Old Strip Removal:
   • Disconnect the power connectors from the old LED strips.
   • Carefully peel off the old strips from the TV chassis. Note their exact placement.
4. New Strip Installation:
   • Identify the A1 and A2 strips. Refer to Figure 2.2 for visual identification.
   • Peel off the protective film from the adhesive backing of the new FEILUDE LED strips (refer to Figure 2.5).
   • Align the new strips precisely in the same positions as the old ones. The adhesive backing ensures a secure fit on any dry and flat surface.
   • Connect the power cables to the new LED strips. The corner-friendly design of the power cord simplifies routing and connection, eliminating the need for additional connectors or breaks.
5. Reassembly and Testing:
   • Carefully reassemble the TV, ensuring all cables are properly routed and connected, and the display panel and diffuser layers are correctly seated.
   • Before fully closing the TV, connect it to power and perform a brief test to ensure the new backlights illuminate correctly and evenly.
   • Once confirmed, complete the reassembly of the TV.

Note: For testing purposes or alternative uses, these light bars can be powered by a 5-volt mobile power supply, allowing for easy indoor use without a TV. However, their primary design is for TV backlight replacement.

4. Operating Instructions

Once properly installed within your television, the FEILUDE LED Backlight Set operates automatically in conjunction with your TV's power system. There are no separate controls for the backlights themselves.

• Power On: The LED backlights will illuminate when your television is powered on.
• Power Off: The LED backlights will turn off when your television is powered off or enters standby mode.
• Brightness Control: Any brightness adjustments for the display will be managed through your television's internal picture settings.

5. Maintenance

The FEILUDE LED Backlight Set is designed for long-term, maintenance-free operation once installed. Due to its internal placement within the television, regular user maintenance is not required.
