Important Safety Instructions

- Do not use the appliance without water in the heating plate.
- Do not place the poaching tray or omelet bowl directly on the heating plate without the boiling tray underneath, as this may cause damage.
- Always ensure the lid is properly seated during operation.

Initial Setup
- Unpack all components and remove any packaging materials.
- Wash the boiling tray, poaching tray, omelet bowl, measuring cup, and lid with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
- Wipe the heating plate of the main unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water.
- Place the main unit on a stable, heat-resistant surface near an electrical outlet.
Operating Instructions
1. Boiling Eggs (Hard, Medium, Soft)
- Fill the measuring cup with cold water up to the line corresponding to your desired egg consistency (SOFT, MEDIUM, HARD). The measuring cup also indicates the water level for 1-7 eggs.
- Use the built-in egg piercer on the bottom of the measuring cup to gently pierce the large end of each egg. This helps prevent cracking during cooking.
- Pour the measured water onto the heating plate of the main unit.
- Place the boiling tray on top of the heating plate.
- Carefully place the pierced eggs into the designated slots on the boiling tray.
- Cover the cooker with the lid. Ensure the lid is properly seated but not locked.
- Plug the appliance into an electrical outlet and press the power button. The indicator light will illuminate.
- The cooker will automatically shut off and sound an audible alert when the water has evaporated and the eggs are cooked to your selected consistency.
- Unplug the appliance and carefully remove the lid, using caution as hot steam will escape.
- For easier peeling, immediately transfer the cooked eggs to an ice bath for a few minutes.

2. Poaching Eggs
- Fill the measuring cup with cold water up to the "POACHED" line.
- Pour the measured water onto the heating plate.
- Lightly grease the poaching tray with cooking spray or butter.
- Crack one egg into each section of the poaching tray (up to 2 eggs).
- Place the poaching tray on top of the boiling tray (which should already be on the heating plate).
- Cover with the lid and press the power button.
- The cooker will sound an alert when the eggs are poached. Unplug and carefully remove the lid.

3. Making Omelets
- Fill the measuring cup with cold water up to the "OMELET" line.
- Pour the measured water onto the heating plate.
- Lightly grease the omelet bowl with cooking spray or butter.
- Whisk 1-2 eggs with your desired ingredients (cheese, vegetables, etc.) and pour into the omelet bowl.
- Place the omelet bowl on top of the boiling tray.
- Cover with the lid and press the power button.
- The cooker will sound an alert when the omelet is ready. Unplug and carefully remove the lid.

- Always unplug the appliance and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- The boiling tray, poaching tray, omelet bowl, measuring cup, and lid are dishwasher-safe (top rack recommended) or can be hand-washed with warm, soapy water.
- To clean the heating plate, wipe it with a damp cloth. For stubborn hard water deposits, use a mixture of white vinegar and water (1:1 ratio) and let it sit for a few minutes before wiping clean. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads on the heating plate.
- Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling or storing.
