LED Digital Display

The charging case is equipped with an LED digital display that shows the remaining battery percentage of the charging case and individual battery levels for the left (L) and right (R) earbuds.

Setup

1. Charging the Earbuds and Case

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and charging case. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the charging port on the case and to a power source. The LED display on the case will indicate the charging status and battery percentage. The earbuds will charge automatically when placed inside the case.

• Charging Time: Approximately 1 hour for a full charge.
• Battery Life: Up to 4 hours of continuous playback, and up to 30 hours total with the charging case.

2. Pairing with a Bluetooth Device

1. Ensure the charging case is sufficiently charged and the earbuds are inside.
2. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically power on and enter pairing mode.
3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, computer), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
4. Select "G100-TWS" from the list of found devices.
5. Once connected, the earbuds will automatically pair with this device in the future when removed from the case.

Operating Instructions

Wearing the Earbuds

Troubleshooting

Earbuds not pairing or connecting:

• Place the earbuds back in the case, close it, then open it again to re-initiate pairing mode.
• Try forgetting "G100-TWS" from your device's Bluetooth list and re-pairing.

No sound from one or both earbuds:

• Check the volume level on both your device and the earbuds.
• Ensure both earbuds are properly connected. If only one is playing, try placing both back in the case and taking them out again.
• Verify that the earbuds are selected as the audio output device on your connected device.

Charging case not charging:

• Check the USB cable and power adapter for damage.
• Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source.
• Try a different USB cable or power adapter.
