4. Setup

4.1 Initial Charging

Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge the device. You can charge it using two methods:

• Solar Charging: Place the device in direct sunlight for more than 10 hours. Ensure the solar panel is clean and unobstructed.
• DC Charging: Connect the provided DC charging cable to the DC Charging Port on the bottom of the unit and to a suitable power adapter (not included). DC charging takes less than 2 hours.

4.2 Assembly and Mounting

The device offers versatile mounting options:

• Ground Stake Installation:
  1. Connect the main unit to the top section of the ground stake.
  2. Attach the bottom pointed section of the ground stake to the top section.
  3. Firmly insert the assembled stake into the ground in your desired location, ensuring the solar panel faces direct sunlight for optimal charging.
• Wall Mount Installation:
  1. Secure the wall mount base to a sturdy surface (e.g., wooden post, wall) using the provided screws.
  2. Attach the main unit to the wall mount base.
  3. Adjust the angle of the unit to ensure optimal motion detection coverage and solar panel exposure.

5. Operating Instructions

The device can be operated using the host switch key on the unit or the remote control.

5.1 Host Switch Key Operation

The host switch key (Gear Switch) located on the bottom of the unit controls the primary operating modes:

• Mode 1 (24H Induction Sound and Light): In this mode, the alarm will activate with sound and flashing lights whenever motion is detected, regardless of the time of day.
• Mode 2 (Night Induction Sound and Light): In this mode, the alarm will only activate with sound and flashing lights when motion is detected during nighttime or low-light conditions.

5.2 Remote Control Operation

The included remote control provides convenient access to various functions from a distance of 10 to 200 meters.

• Button A: Activates 24-hour sensor sound and light mode (similar to Host Mode 1).
• Button B: Activates night sensor sound and light mode (similar to Host Mode 2).
• Button C: Changes the pre-set sound. Press repeatedly to cycle through the 13 available sounds.
• Button D: Puts the host into standby mode, deactivating the alarm.

6. Voice Recording Function

The device allows you to record a custom voice message to be used as a deterrent.

• To Record: Long press the recording key (located near the microphone on the bottom of the unit) until you hear a beep. Speak clearly into the microphone. The maximum recording time is 20 seconds. Release the button to save the recording.
• To Playback: Once recorded, your custom message will be part of the sound cycle. When motion is detected, the device will play your recorded message twice.
• To Change Sound: Short press the recording key to cycle through the pre-set sounds and your custom recording.
