3. Setup Guide

3.1 Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the dispenser. Connect the provided USB-C cable to the charging port located on the top back of the unit. A full charge takes approximately 2.5 hours and provides up to 60 days of use.

3.2 Filling the Dispenser

1. Gently twist the top section of the dispenser counter-clockwise to unlock and separate it from the liquid reservoir.
2. Pour your desired liquid soap or gel into the transparent reservoir. Ensure not to overfill.
3. Align the top section with the reservoir, matching the arrow indicators, and twist clockwise to securely lock it in place.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Power On/Off

To power on the dispenser, long-press the power button on the touch screen interface located on the top of the unit. The display will illuminate. To power off, long-press the power button again.

4.2 Dispensing Soap

Place your hand under the nozzle. The infrared motion sensor will detect your hand and automatically dispense soap. The dispenser features eight adjustable dispensing levels.

4.3 Adjusting Dispensing Volume

Use the '+' and '-' buttons on the touch screen to adjust the dispensing volume. The display will show the current level (1-8). Level 1 dispenses the smallest amount, while Level 8 dispenses the largest. Adjust according to the thickness of the liquid and your preference.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Automatic Cleaning Function

The YK402 series features an automatic cleaning function to prevent clogging. To activate, ensure the dispenser is in the off state. Then, click the power button three times in quick succession. The dispenser will run a cleaning cycle to clear any blockages.

5.2 Regular Cleaning

Wipe the exterior of the dispenser with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or submerge the unit. For the liquid reservoir, it can be detached and rinsed with water as needed.

5.3 Refilling

When the liquid level is low, refill the dispenser following the steps in Section 3.2. Regular refilling ensures consistent performance.

6. Troubleshooting

• Dispenser not turning on: Ensure the unit is fully charged. Connect to a USB-C power source and allow it to charge.
• No soap dispensed:
  • Check if the liquid reservoir is empty and refill if necessary.
  • Ensure your hand is placed correctly under the sensor.
  • Activate the automatic cleaning function (Section 5.1) to clear potential clogs.
• Inconsistent dispensing volume: Adjust the dispensing level using the '+' and '-' buttons on the touch screen (Section 4.3).
• Soap leaking: Ensure the top section is securely locked onto the reservoir. Check for any cracks or damage to the unit.
