1. Introduction
This manual provides essential information for the safe assembly, operation, and maintenance of your EAST OAK Pyramid Patio Heater. Please read all instructions carefully before use and retain this manual for future reference.

2. Important Safety Information
Your safety and the safety of others are paramount. Always follow these precautions to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury.
- This patio heater is designed for outdoor use only. Do not operate indoors or in enclosed spaces.
- Not recommended for use when it is raining. When storing, it is recommended to use a protective cover.
- Combustible materials should be kept at least 48 inches away from the product.
- The heater features a triple safety protection system, including anti-tip protection that automatically shuts off the flame if tilted more than 45 degrees.
- If the flame is accidentally extinguished, the gas supply will shut off immediately.
- Ensure proper ventilation during operation.
- Always connect the propane tank securely and check for leaks before ignition.
- Do not store gasoline or other flammable vapors and liquids in the vicinity of this or any other appliance.
- Any items stored above, next to, or under this heater may be subject to radiant heat and as a result, may be damaged.
- Keep children and pets away from the heater during operation.

3. Product Components
Before assembly, ensure all parts are present and undamaged. Refer to the diagram below for component identification.

Key Components:
- Reflector: Aluminum, directs heat outwards.
- Flame Screen: Protects the quartz glass tube.
- Quartz Glass Tube: Houses the flame, providing visual appeal and heat.
- Upper and Lower Supports: Form the structural frame.
- Protective Guard: Metal mesh surrounding the glass tube.
- Silicone Ring: Ensures a secure fit for the glass tube.
- Control Box: Contains the igniter and control knob.
- Side and Front Panels: Form the base enclosure.

4. Assembly Instructions
Follow these steps for proper assembly. It is recommended to have two people for certain steps.

- Attach Ground Fixtures: Attach the four ground fixtures to the four lower supports using four M6x15 screws.
- Fasten Wheel Assembly: Fasten the wheel assembly to the bottom plate with 4pcs bolts M6X12 and 4pcs flange nuts M6.
- Insert Base Pins: Insert the base pin into the bottom hole of the lower bracket. Insert the pin of the control box assembly into the top hole of the lower bracket.
Note: When installing the control box assembly, pay attention to the position of the igniter. The button is in the opposite direction of the base moving wheel.
- Secure Lower Bracket & Control Box: Secure the lower bracket and control box assembly using four 3/16" screws.
- Assemble Upper Bracket: Assemble the upper bracket. Insert the 4 upper brackets into the 4 corners of the reflector. Fixed with 8 3/16" screws.
- Attach Flame Screen: As shown on the right, place the assembled product parts on the box or other fixed object and secure the flame screen to the upper bracket with 8 3/16" screws.
- Place Reflectors: Screw the 3 studs onto the flame screen and place the 3 washers Φ6 on top of the studs. Then place the reflectors on the studs and secure them with 3 washers Φ6 and 3 wing nuts.
Tips: Check if the 4 upper supports and the 4 corners of the reflector are aligned in parallel.
- Install Glass Tube: Place the black silicone ring at the end of the glass tube as shown. Insert the glass tube into the center hole of the flame screen (the 3 spring plates on the flame screen should be attached to the outside of the glass tube). Place the glass tube, at the end of the black silicone ring, over the hole in the middle plate. Check and make sure the glass tube is positioned correctly and completely covers the center hole of the intermediate plate.
- Assemble Protective Devices: Hang the hook of the shield over the hole of the bracket.
- Secure Flame Screen: Unscrew the 1 screw in the middle of the flame screen and secure the 1 fixing bracket to the flame screen with the 3/16" screw that was just removed. The mounting bracket holds the shield in place. Repeat for the other three sides.
- Attach Side Panels: Attach the three side panels to the heater using 18 3/16" screws.
Tips: Do not tighten the six screws of every panel until they are aligned.
- Attach Knob and Chain: Attach the knob and chain to the front panel using M4x6 screws.
- Attach Front Panel: Attach the pits of the front panel to the holes in the bottom plate.
- Hang Chain: Hang the chain over the holes in the control box assembly.
- Install Battery: Unscrew the switch button, insert the small battery (5AA battery included), and tighten the switch button.
Note: Recommended to remove the battery if not used for a long time.
- Insert Propane Tank: Insert the propane gas tank (sold separately, only 20 pounds) into the lower opening. Connect the gas cylinder to the stop belt.
- Connect Regulating Valve: Turn the cylinder valve clockwise to close the propane tank. Turn the regulating valve connection nut clockwise to connect the regulating valve (J) to the cylinder valve.
Important: Make sure the valve is securely secured. It can only be done manually by hand.
5. Operating Instructions
Ignition:
- Ensure the propane tank valve is fully open.
- Press and hold the one-button ignition to ignite the flame. The heater should ignite within 5 seconds.
- If the heater does not ignite, release the button, wait a few minutes, and try again.
Temperature Control:
- Use the adjustable control knob to customize the heat output from low to high according to your preference.
Shutting Down:
- Turn the control knob to the "OFF" position.
- Close the valve on the propane tank.
- Allow the heater to cool completely before moving or storing.
6. Care and Maintenance
- Cleaning: Regularly clean the exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the finish. The powder-coated aluminum exterior is designed to resist scratches and rust.
- Storage: When not in use, especially during rainy seasons or extended periods, it is recommended to use a protective cover to shield the heater from the elements. Store the heater in a cool, dry place.
- Propane Tank: Always ensure the propane tank is properly disconnected and stored in a well-ventilated area when not connected to the heater.
- Inspection: Periodically inspect the gas hose and connections for any signs of wear, damage, or leaks. Replace any damaged parts immediately.
- Battery: Remove the 5AA battery from the igniter if the heater will not be used for a long time to prevent corrosion.
7. Troubleshooting
