Setup and Assembly

- Fasten Wheel Assembly: Fasten the wheel assembly to the bottom plate with 4 M6x12 bolts and 4 M6 flange nuts.
- Insert Lower Bracket Pins: Insert the base pin into the bottom hole of each lower bracket. Then, insert the pin of the control box assembly into the top hole of the lower bracket. Note: When installing the control box assembly, pay attention to the position of the igniter. The button should be in the opposite direction of the base moving wheel.
- Secure Lower Bracket and Control Box: Secure the lower bracket and control box assembly using four 3/16" screws.
- Assemble Upper Bracket: Insert the 4 upper supports into the upper bracket. Fix with 8 3/16" screws.
- Secure Flame Screen: Place the assembled product parts on a box or other fixed object. Secure the flame screen to the upper bracket with 8 3/16" screws.
- Attach Reflectors: Screw the 3 studs onto the flame screen and place the 3 washers Φ6 on top of the studs. Then place the reflectors on the studs and secure them with 3 washers Φ6 and 3 wing nuts. Tips: Check if the 4 upper supports and the 4 corners of the reflector are aligned in parallel.
- Install Glass Tube: Place the black silicone ring at the end of the glass tube as shown. Insert the glass tube into the center hole of the flame screen (the 3 spring plates on the flame screen should be attached to the outside of the glass tube). Place the glass tube, at the end of the black silicone ring, over the hole in the middle plate. Check and make sure the glass tube is positioned correctly and completely covers the center hole of the intermediate plate.
- Assemble Protective Devices: Hang the hook of the shield over the hole of the bracket.
- Secure Protective Shields: Unscrew the 1 screw in the middle of the flame screen and secure the 1 fixing bracket to the flame screen with the 3/16" screw that was just removed. The mounting bracket holds the shield in place. Repeat for the other three sides.
- Attach Side Panels: Attach the three side panels to the heater using 18 3/16" screws. Tips: Do not tighten the six screws of every panel until they are aligned.
- Attach Knob and Chain: Attach the knob and chain to the front panel using M4x6 screws.
- Install Propane Tank: Insert the propane gas tank (sold separately, only 20 pounds) into the lower opening. Connect the gas cylinder to the stop belt.
- Connect Regulator Valve: Turn the cylinder valve clockwise to close the propane tank. Turn the regulating valve connection nut clockwise to connect the regulating valve (J) to the cylinder valve. Important: Make sure the valve is securely secured. It can only be done manually by hand.
- Insert Battery: Unscrew the switch button, insert the small battery (5AA battery included), and tighten the switch button.
