1. Important Safety Instructions
Please read all instructions carefully before using the Aifeel Stand Mixer. Retain this manual for future reference.
- Always unplug the appliance from the power supply before assembling, disassembling, or cleaning.
- Do not immerse the motor unit in water or any other liquid.
- Keep hands, hair, clothing, as well as spatulas and other utensils away from moving beaters during operation to prevent injury and/or damage to the mixer.
- Supervise children closely when the appliance is in use.
- Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or has been dropped or damaged in any manner.
- Avoid contact with moving parts.
- The mixer is equipped with an overheating protection system. If the motor overheats, the unit will automatically shut down. Allow it to cool down before resuming operation. Do not operate for more than 9 minutes continuously.
- Ensure the tilt-head is securely locked down before operation.
- This appliance is not dishwasher safe. Refer to the cleaning section for proper maintenance.

Main Unit and Bowls

3. Setup and Assembly
Follow these steps to set up your Aifeel Stand Mixer and attach accessories.
Attaching the Mixing Bowl
- Place the mixer on a clean, stable, and dry surface. Ensure the anti-slip suction cups are firmly attached to the countertop.
- Rotate the tilt-head release lever to the right completely to unlock the motor head. Lift the motor head.
- Place the desired stainless steel mixing bowl onto the base. Turn the bowl clockwise until it locks securely into place.
Attaching Beaters, Whisk, or Dough Hook
- With the motor head lifted, insert the chosen attachment (dough hook, whisk, or beater) into the attachment shaft.
- Rotate the attachment counter-clockwise until it clicks into place.
- Lower the motor head and lock it by rotating the tilt-head release lever to the left.
- Attach the splash guard by aligning it with the bowl and pressing down gently.
Attaching the Meat Grinder / Pasta Maker / Cookie Press

- Ensure the mixer is unplugged.
- Remove the front cover from the attachment port on the front of the mixer head.
- Assemble the desired attachment (meat grinder, pasta maker, or cookie press) according to its specific instructions.
- Insert the assembled attachment into the front port and turn the locking knob clockwise until it is secure.
4. Operating Instructions
Your Aifeel Stand Mixer features 5 variable speed settings for precise control over various tasks.
Speed Settings Guide

General Operation
- Ensure the mixer is properly assembled and the desired attachment is in place.
- Add ingredients to the mixing bowl.
- Plug the mixer into a power outlet.
- Select the appropriate speed setting using the speed control knob.
- Monitor the mixing process. Use the splash guard opening to add additional ingredients if needed.
- When finished, turn the speed control knob to the "OFF" position and unplug the mixer.
Using the Meat Grinder

- Cut meat into small pieces that fit into the feeding tube.
- Use the food pusher to guide meat into the grinder. Do not use fingers or other utensils.
- Operate at speed 5 for efficient grinding.
Using the Pasta Maker

- Prepare your pasta dough according to recipe.
- Feed small pieces of dough into the pasta maker.
- Operate at speed 3-4 for consistent pasta extrusion.
Using the Sausage Kit

- Attach the sausage stuffer to the meat grinder.
- Load prepared meat mixture into the grinder.
- Guide the sausage casing onto the stuffer and operate at speed 5.
Using the Cookie Presses

- Attach the cookie press to the front port.
- Load cookie dough into the press.
- Operate at a low speed (1-2) to extrude dough onto a baking sheet.
5. Maintenance and Cleaning
Proper cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your Aifeel Stand Mixer.
Cleaning the Main Unit
- Always unplug the mixer before cleaning.
- Wipe the exterior of the motor unit with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the unit in water.
Cleaning Bowls and Attachments
- The stainless steel mixing bowls, dough hook, whisk, beater, and all grinder/pasta/cookie attachments should be washed by hand with warm, soapy water.
- Rinse thoroughly and dry immediately to prevent water spots or corrosion.
- Note: The mixer and its attachments are NOT dishwasher safe.
6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your Aifeel Stand Mixer, refer to the following common problems and solutions.
