Setup

1. Charging the Headband

2. Downloading the SereniBrain App

3. Proper Headband Placement

  • Adjust the strap for a suitable tightness to ensure a snug fit without discomfort.
  • Ensure all three electrodes make firm contact with the skin on your forehead.
  • It is recommended to use wet wipes to clean your forehead before wearing the headband to improve sensor contact.

1. Connecting to the App via Bluetooth

Once the headband is charged and worn correctly, open the SereniBrain app on your device. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone or tablet. The app will guide you through the pairing process. A stable connection is indicated within the app interface.

2. Understanding Real-Time Feedback

The SereniBrain headband provides real-time visual and auditory feedback based on your brainwave activity. This feedback helps you understand and influence your meditation state.

  • Visual Feedback: Images and scenes within the app become clearer and more vivid as your meditation state improves.
  • Auditory Feedback: Sounds within the app, such as gentle waves or birds chirping, will change in intensity or clarity, reflecting your brainwave patterns.

3. Meditation Practice Methods

The SereniBrain app offers two primary practice methods:

  • Free Practice: Customize the duration of your meditation session.
  • Guided Practice: Engage in structured sessions, including an 8-week meditation program, each with unique audiovisual biofeedback.

You can also use the "Meditation Tracker" feature to play audio from any third-party app while still monitoring your brainwave activity and generating detailed reports.

4. Brainwave Analysis and Reports

After each session, the app generates a detailed report, providing insights into your brain activity and meditation performance. The headband measures various brainwave types:
