2. Operating
2.1 Using the Expandable Feature
Your luggage features an expandable design, offering additional packing capacity when needed.
- To expand: Locate the expansion zipper running along the perimeter of the suitcase. Unzip this zipper to increase the depth of the main compartment.
- To compress: Zip the expansion zipper closed to return the suitcase to its standard dimensions.

3. Maintenance
Regular maintenance helps preserve the appearance and functionality of your luggage.
3.1 Cleaning the Exterior
- Wipe the hard shell exterior with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap.
- Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents, as these can damage the polycarbonate surface.
- For stubborn marks, a gentle plastic cleaner may be used.
3.2 Wheel Care
- Periodically check the wheels for debris (hair, string, etc.) and remove them carefully.
- If wheels become stiff, a small amount of silicone-based lubricant can be applied to the axle. Avoid oil-based lubricants.
3.3 Zipper Maintenance
- Keep zippers clean and free of dirt.
- If zippers become difficult to operate, apply a small amount of zipper lubricant or wax.
- Avoid forcing zippers, especially when the luggage is overpacked.

4. Troubleshooting
4.1 Lock Issues
- Cannot open lock: Ensure the correct combination is entered. If you forgot your combination, you will need to try all possible combinations (000-999) or contact a locksmith.
- Reset button stuck: Ensure you are using a thin, sturdy object like a paperclip. If it remains stuck, gently wiggle the button while applying slight pressure.
4.2 Wheel Issues
- Wheels not rolling smoothly: Check for debris wrapped around the wheel axles. Clean as described in the Maintenance section. Apply lubricant if necessary.
- Wobbly wheels: Ensure all screws are tight. If a wheel is damaged, contact customer support for replacement options.
4.3 Handle Issues
- Handle stuck: Ensure the release button is fully depressed. Check for any obstructions in the handle mechanism.
- Handle wobbly: A slight wobble is normal for telescopic handles. If it becomes excessively loose, contact customer support.
