• Do not use the heating mode on bare skin. The LED mode can be used on bare skin.

• Do not handle the screen controller while charging, as this may cause damage.
• Keep out of reach of children.

Setup

Charging the Device

The device has a built-in 5000mAh battery. To charge:

1. Connect the provided USB Type-C cable to the charging port on the device.
2. Connect the other end of the USB cable to a 5V 2A or higher power adapter (not included).
3. The display will show charging progress. Do not operate the device while charging.

Note: Using an adapter with less than 5V 2A output may result in slow or incomplete charging. Always use the original charging cable.

Initial Use

Before using the device, ensure it is fully charged. Familiarize yourself with the control panel buttons and display.

Operating Instructions

The device features a digital touch screen for easy control of its functions.

Power On/Off

• Press and hold the Power ON/OFF button (lock icon) for 3 seconds to turn the device on or off.

Heating Modes

The device offers 5 heating levels, ranging from 45℃ to 65℃ (113°F to 149°F).

1. Press the flame icon button to activate the heating function.
2. Press the flame icon button repeatedly to cycle through the 5 heating levels (L1 to L5).
3. To switch between Celsius (℃) and Fahrenheit (℉) display, press and hold both the heating button and the timer button simultaneously for 3 seconds.

IMPORTANT: The heating mode should NOT be used on bare skin. Always use over clothing or a thin fabric layer.

LED Light Therapy Modes

The device features 44 high-quality red lamp beads (660nm and 850nm) for light therapy.

• 660nm Red Light: Visible to the human eye.
• 850nm Near-Infrared Light: Invisible to the human eye.

To activate and select LED modes:

1. Press the "LED MODE" button to turn on the LED lights.
2. Press the "LED MODE" button repeatedly to cycle through the 3 LED modes:
   • Mode 1: 660nm only
   • Mode 2: 850nm only
   • Mode 3: 660nm + 850nm (both)
3. Press the "LED POWER" button to adjust the intensity of the LED lights (L1/L2/L3/L4).

Note: The LED mode can be used on bare skin.

Timer Settings

Customize your session with 3 time settings:

1. Press the clock icon button to activate the timer.
2. Press the clock icon button repeatedly to cycle through the 3 timer options: 15 minutes, 30 minutes, and 40 minutes.
3. The device will automatically shut off after the selected time.

Application

The DYMROGE Heated Knee Pad is designed for versatile use on various body parts. It comes with two extension straps (one long, one short) to ensure a secure fit for most users.

How to Wear on Your Knee

1. Unfold the pad.
2. Place the pad on your knee, ensuring the touch screen is at the top.
3. Secure the straps around your leg.
4. Turn on the device and use the touch screen to select your desired settings.

How to Wear on Your Shoulder (with extension straps)

1. Unfold the pad.
2. Place the pad on your shoulder, ensuring the touch screen is at the top.
3. Attach the extension straps to secure the pad around your shoulder and arm. Use the longer strap for a better fit if needed.
4. Turn on the device and use the touch screen to select your desired settings.

Other Applications

The versatile design also allows for use on elbows and other body parts where heat and red light therapy may be beneficial. Adjust the straps for a comfortable and secure fit.

Maintenance

Cleaning

The device should only be dry cleaned. Do not immerse in water or use liquid cleaners.

• Wipe the surface with a soft, dry cloth.
• For stubborn spots, use a slightly damp cloth and immediately dry thoroughly.

Storage

When not in use, store the device in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Ensure the device is fully charged before long-term storage to preserve battery life.

Troubleshooting

• Device not turning on: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect to a power source using the original USB-C cable and a 5V 2A adapter.
• Heating function not working: Check if the heating mode is activated and a temperature level is selected. Remember, heating mode should not be used on bare skin.
• LED lights not working: Ensure the "LED MODE" button has been pressed and an LED mode is selected. Check "LED POWER" for intensity.
• Temperature display not changing (℃/℉): Press and hold both the heating button and the timer button simultaneously for 3 seconds.
• Charging issues: Verify that you are using the original USB Type-C cable and a 5V 2A or higher power adapter. Do not operate the device while charging.
