Setup

Battery Installation

The Samshow Digital Kitchen Timer requires two AAA batteries (included). To install:

1. Locate the battery compartment on the back of the timer.
2. Slide open the battery cover.
3. Insert two AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
4. Close the battery cover securely.

Power On/Off

The timer features an ON/OFF switch to conserve battery life. Locate the "ON/OFF" button on the top right side of the timer's display. Press this button to turn the device on or off. When turned on, the timer will automatically recall the last set memory time.

Operating Instructions

Setting a Timer (Countdown Mode)

The timer supports three independent channels (Timer 1, Timer 2, Timer 3) for simultaneous countdowns.

1. Select Timer Channel: Press the corresponding "TIMER 1", "TIMER 2", or "TIMER 3" button on the top of the timer to select the desired channel. The selected channel will be highlighted or indicated on the display.
2. Set Time: Use the "HR" (Hour), "MIN" (Minute), and "SEC" (Second) buttons to set the desired countdown time for the selected channel. The maximum setting is 99 hours, 59 minutes, and 59 seconds.
3. Clear Time: To clear the time for the selected channel, press the "CLEAR" button.
4. Start/Stop: Press the "ST/SP" (Start/Stop) button to begin the countdown. Press it again to pause the timer.
5. Alarm: When the countdown reaches zero, the timer will beep and flash. It will then automatically begin counting up, indicating the elapsed time since the alarm. Press any button to stop the alarm.

Count Up (Stopwatch Mode)

To use the timer as a stopwatch:

1. Ensure the selected timer channel is set to "0:00:00". If not, clear it using the "CLEAR" button.
2. Press the "ST/SP" button. The timer will begin counting up from "0:00:00".
3. Press "ST/SP" again to pause the stopwatch. Press "CLEAR" to reset it to zero.

Volume Adjustment

The timer offers adjustable alarm volume settings: High, Low, and Off. A switch located on the side of the timer allows you to select your preferred volume level.
