- Do not exceed the maximum load capacity of 1000 lbs (453 kg).
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) such as welding helmets, gloves, and protective clothing.
- Keep the work area clean and free of flammable materials.
- Ensure all locking mechanisms are engaged before applying weight or beginning work.
- Keep children and unauthorized persons away from the work area.
- Inspect the table for damage before each use. Do not use if damaged.

Setup and Assembly
The WORKESS WB065 welding table is designed for quick and easy setup. No complex assembly is required.
Unfolding the Table
- Place the folded table on a flat, stable surface with the handles facing upwards.
- Grasp the handles and carefully unfold the legs outwards until they are fully extended.
- Ensure the leg hooks engage securely into their respective slots on the tabletop frame. These hooks provide additional stability.
- Verify that all four legs are fully extended and locked into position before placing any weight on the table.

Operating Instructions
Adjusting Table Height
The WB065 offers 7 levels of height adjustment to suit various tasks and user preferences, ranging from 27.7 inches to 36.6 inches.
- Ensure the table is empty and stable.
- Locate the height adjustment pins on each leg.
- Press the pin and slide the inner leg section up or down to the desired height.
- Ensure the pin fully re-engages into a height adjustment hole on all four legs before use. Uneven height can compromise stability.

Utilizing the Work Surface
The 42" x 21" galvanized metal tabletop features strategically placed 0.8-inch holes and 1.2" x 10.2" tooling slots for versatile clamping and fixture options.
- Use appropriate clamps and fixtures with the holes and slots to secure your workpiece.
- Distribute weight evenly across the tabletop to maintain stability and prevent tipping.
- The table is designed to support a maximum load of 1000 lbs (453 kg).

Folding for Storage and Transport
The table folds into a compact unit for easy storage and portability.
- Remove all items from the tabletop.
- Disengage the leg hooks and carefully fold the legs inwards, tucking them under the tabletop.
- Ensure the legs are fully collapsed and secured. The table will stand on its own in the folded position.
- Use the integrated handles for convenient carrying.

Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your welding table.
- Cleaning: After each use, clean the tabletop to remove welding spatter, dust, and debris. A wire brush or scraper can be used for stubborn spatter.
- Inspection: Periodically inspect all welds, bolts, and moving parts for signs of wear, damage, or loosening. Tighten any loose fasteners.
- Corrosion Protection: The powder-coated frame and galvanized metal top are designed to resist corrosion. However, avoid prolonged exposure to moisture and harsh chemicals. If the galvanized coating is compromised, consider applying a suitable rust-inhibiting primer and paint.
- Lubrication: Lightly lubricate moving parts, such as the leg hinges and height adjustment pins, with a general-purpose lubricant to ensure smooth operation.
- Storage: Store the table in a dry environment when not in use, preferably in its folded configuration to save space.
