1. Setup & Installation

1.1 Unpacking

Carefully remove the oven from its packaging. Ensure all protective materials, including tape and plastic films, are completely removed from both the interior and exterior surfaces before installation and first use.

1.2 Electrical Connection

This appliance requires a 220V electrical supply. It is crucial to ensure the correct voltage and wiring connections are made to prevent damage to the oven or electrical hazards. Refer to the wiring diagram provided on the back of the appliance for detailed instructions. For safety and proper functionality, it is highly recommended that a qualified electrician performs the electrical installation.

1.3 Built-in Design & Dimensions

The TOPWISH 24-inch Single Wall Oven is designed for seamless built-in integration into your kitchen cabinetry. Accurate measurements are essential for a proper fit. The product dimensions are 23.4 inches (width) x 22.6 inches (depth) x 23.4 inches (height). The recommended built-in dimensions are 22.0 inches (width) x 23.0 inches (depth) x 22.0 inches (height). Ensure adequate ventilation space around the appliance as per local building codes.

1.4 Initial Curing

Before using the oven for cooking, it is important to perform an initial curing process. This helps to burn off any manufacturing residues or oils that may be present, preventing odors during subsequent cooking. To cure the oven, set it to a high temperature (e.g., 400°F) and let it run for approximately one hour with the kitchen well-ventilated. Some smoke or odor may be present during this process; this is normal.

2. Operating Instructions

2.1 Control Panel Overview

The oven's control panel features a sensitive touch LED display and two rotary knobs. The left knob controls the temperature, while the right knob selects various cooking functions. The LED display provides real-time information and access to timer settings.

2.2 Temperature Settings

To set the desired cooking temperature, gently pull out and rotate the left knob. The temperature range is from 150°F to a maximum of 500°F. The selected temperature will be indicated on the control panel.

2.3 Cooking Functions

The right knob allows you to select from 9 different cooking functions. Pull out and rotate the knob to choose the appropriate mode for your dish. The available functions include:

  • Defrost: For thawing frozen foods.
  • Barbecue: Ideal for grilling and browning.
  • Convection Bake: Circulates hot air for even baking.
  • Grill: Direct top heat for grilling.
  • Convection Grill: Combines grilling with convection for faster results.
  • Convection Broil: Intense top heat with fan assistance.
  • Convection: General convection cooking for even heat.
  • Multi Stage: For complex recipes requiring different cooking stages.
  • Convection Roast: Perfect for roasting meats with a crispy exterior.

2.4 Timer Functionality

The built-in electric oven is equipped with a versatile multifunctional timer, controlled via the touch panel and LED display. You can use it to:

  • Display Current Time: Functions as a regular clock.
  • Set Auto-Off Time: Program the oven to switch off automatically after a set duration.
  • Set Auto-On Time: Program the oven to turn on at a specific time.

2.5 3D Convection Heating

The oven utilizes a powerful 3D convection heating system. This system circulates heated air evenly over, under, and around your food, ensuring consistent temperature distribution and uniform cooking. This results in faster preheating times and perfectly cooked dishes, from crispy french fries to succulent roasted chicken.

2.6 Rotisserie Function

For perfect roasting, the oven includes a rotisserie function and a dedicated rod. To use, secure your food (e.g., a whole chicken) onto the rotisserie rod, ensuring any plastic components are removed. Insert the rod into the designated slots inside the oven cavity. Select the "Convection Roast" function for optimal results. The rotisserie mechanism will rotate the food for even cooking and browning.

2.7 Large Capacity

With a spacious 2.3 cubic feet (approximately 65 liters) interior, this oven offers ample space for various cooking needs. It can easily accommodate large roasts, multiple baking trays, or a 10-inch pizza, making it ideal for daily cooking, holiday gatherings, and entertaining.

3. Care & Maintenance

3.1 Cleaning the Oven

Regular cleaning is essential to maintain the oven's performance and appearance. The oven features an upgraded enamel interior, which is designed for easy cleaning. For general cleaning, wipe down the interior with a damp cloth and mild detergent after each use, once the oven has cooled completely. For stubborn stains, use an oven cleaner specifically designed for enamel surfaces, following the product's instructions.

3.2 3-Layer Visible Glass Door

The oven door is constructed with upgraded 3-layer black tempered glass. This design allows for clear visibility of your food while cooking and effectively insulates high temperatures, ensuring user safety. The door is also removable for easier and more thorough cleaning of the glass panes. Always allow the door to cool before attempting to clean or remove it.

4. Troubleshooting

  • Oven Not Heating:
    • Check if the oven is properly plugged into a functioning 220V power outlet.

    • Verify that the temperature and function knobs are correctly set.
  • Uneven Cooking:
    • Ensure food is placed centrally on the rack.
    • Utilize the convection function for more even heat distribution.
    • Avoid overcrowding the oven, which can obstruct airflow.
  • Control Panel Not Responding / Confusing Controls:
    • Try power cycling the oven by turning off the power at the circuit breaker for a few minutes, then turning it back on.

  • Unusual Odor During First Use:
