2. App Download and Account Creation
Download the "SmartLife" app from your device's app store. Register for a new account or log in if you already have one.
3. Gateway Pairing (Smart Pairing)
Ensure your phone's WiFi (2.4GHz only) and Bluetooth are enabled. In the SmartLife app, navigate to the home screen, click the "+" button, and select "Add Device". Follow the on-screen prompts for Smart Pairing. Make sure the gateway is powered on and its indicator light blinks rapidly (press and hold the gateway button if needed). Enter your WiFi information and password.
Note:
- If network pairing fails within 120 seconds, check the gateway device and reset the connection, or switch network pairing methods.
- Keep the hub and timer within 30 feet for stable connection.
4. Water Timer Pairing
Connect the timer to your water pipe. Press and hold the button on the timer for 5-10 seconds until its indicator light blinks, indicating it has entered pairing mode. In the SmartLife app, click the blue "Add" button to add the wireless timer water valve. Wait for the corresponding program to finish downloading, then click "Done".
5. Associating Timer with Gateway
After adding the water timer, you will need to associate it with the gateway. In the app, click "Associate to" and select the corresponding gateway. Click "Associate" and then "Finish". This step is crucial for remote control functionality.
Note:
- The automatic watering program will stop when rain delay or manual watering is turned on. The program will resume when manual watering is stopped, but the remaining watering time during the program restart will not be performed.

Operating Modes
The Unistyle WiFi Sprinkler Timer offers various modes for flexible irrigation control.
1. Timed Irrigation Mode (Scheduled)
Program your watering schedule through the app's scheduled page. You can set the start time (00:00-23:59), duration (1 second to 59 minutes 59 seconds), and watering cycle frequency (e.g., Mon-Sun, odd day, even day, every day). Up to 5 different watering modes can be set for each zone.

2. Spray Irrigation Mode
Ideal for cooling and dust removal, this mode allows intermittent cycling. Set the start and end times, spray duration (1 second to 59 minutes 59 seconds), and interval duration (1 second to 59 minutes 59 seconds), along with the cycle frequency (Monday-Sunday).

3. General Care
Clean the timer periodically with a damp cloth. Ensure all connections are tight to prevent leaks. During freezing temperatures, disconnect the timer and store it indoors to prevent damage.
Troubleshooting
- Network Pairing Failure: If the gateway or timer fails to pair within 120 seconds, ensure your phone's WiFi (2.4GHz) and Bluetooth are on. Reset the gateway by pressing and holding its button until the indicator blinks rapidly. Try pairing again.
- Connection Issues: The smart irrigation timer has a communication range of up to 30 feet with the gateway. Ensure the gateway is always plugged into a power source and is not too far from the timer unit.
- Timer Not Responding: Ensure you are using brand new alkaline batteries and not mixing old and new ones.
- Problems Linking the Machine: Refer to the operation video provided on the product page for visual guidance.
- Disconnection During OS Download: If disconnection occurs while downloading the operating system, long-press the machine button to restart the machine and re-download the operating system.
- Unexpected Watering: If a zone activates unexpectedly, ensure no schedules are inadvertently set for that zone in the app. Always cap unused outlets to prevent water damage.
