2. Safety Information

- Always ensure the appliance is properly secured to a pot or container before operation.
- Do not immerse the top control panel in water. The device is IPX7 waterproof for the heating element, but the control panel should remain dry.
- Ensure the water level is always between the minimum and maximum fill lines indicated on the device.
- Keep hands and face away from hot water and steam during operation.
- Unplug the device from the power outlet when not in use or before cleaning.

4. Setup

This video demonstrates the unboxing, assembly of the clamp, and initial setup of the sous vide cooker, including how to attach it to a container.
- Secure the Circulator: Attach the removable spiral fixation clamp to the side of your cooking container (pot or specialized sous vide container). Ensure the circulator is firmly secured.
- Fill with Water: Fill the container with water, ensuring the water level is between the MIN and MAX fill lines on the circulator.
- Connect Power: Plug the sous vide cooker into a grounded power outlet. The display will illuminate.

5. Operating Instructions
Manual Operation (Touch Control)
- Power On: Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn on the device. The display will show the current water temperature and default time.
- Set Temperature: Use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the desired cooking temperature (range: 77-194°F / 25-90°C).
- Set Time: Press the 'SET' button to switch to time setting. Use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the cooking time (range: 0.01H (1Min) to 99.59H).
- Start Cooking: The device will automatically begin heating the water to the set temperature. Once the target temperature is reached, the timer will start counting down.
- Add Food: Once the water reaches the target temperature, carefully place your vacuum-sealed food into the water bath.

Smart Control (2.4GHz WiFi APP)
The BLITZHOME Sous Vide Cooker can be controlled remotely via a 2.4GHz WiFi-enabled smartphone application. This allows you to monitor and adjust settings from anywhere.
- Download App: Download the BLITZHOME app from your smartphone's app store.
- Connect to WiFi: Follow the in-app instructions to connect your sous vide cooker to your 2.4GHz WiFi network. Ensure a stable signal.
- Remote Control: Use the app to set temperature, time, access 40 cloud recipes, create custom recipes, and share device monitoring data with family members.

6. Cooking Guide: How Sous Vide Works
Sous vide, meaning "under vacuum" in French, is a cooking method in which food is vacuum-sealed in a bag and then cooked in a precisely temperature-controlled water bath.
How it Works:
A sous vide machine uses a heated metal coil to keep the water at a constant temperature. The food is cooked slowly until it reaches the same temperature as the water. This method ensures that food is cooked evenly from edge to edge, without overcooking the exterior.

Sous vide cooking results in consistent, precise cooking, and food retains moisture and its natural flavor. This technique is ideal for achieving perfectly cooked meats, fish, eggs, and vegetables with minimal effort and maximum flavor retention.

7. Maintenance and Cleaning
Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your sous vide cooker.
- Cleaning: The BLITZHOME Sous Vide Cooker features IPX7 waterproofing for the heating element, allowing for full-body washing of the stainless steel portion. Ensure the control panel is not submerged.
- Descaling: Over time, mineral deposits may accumulate on the heating coil. To descale, fill the container with a 1:1 mixture of white vinegar and water, and run the circulator at 150°F (65°C) for 30 minutes. Rinse thoroughly afterward.
- Storage: Store the device in a dry, cool place when not in use.
