Press or slide this mechanism and pivot the chin bar upwards until it locks into the open position. To close, simply pull the chin bar down firmly until it clicks securely into place.

- HJ-33 Pinlock Ready Shield: This clear outer shield offers 99% UV protection and features an anti-scratch coating. It is designed to accept a Pinlock anti-fog insert (sold separately) for enhanced visibility in humid or cold conditions. The shield can be opened and closed using the tab located at the bottom center.
- HJ-V12 Sun Visor: An integrated, retractable sun visor provides quick sun glare reduction. To deploy the sun visor, use the slider mechanism located on the side of the helmet. Slide it down to lower the visor and up to retract it. This dynamic multi-step sun visor allows for optimized positioning to minimize eye strain.

Care and Maintenance
Interior Cleaning
The i91 features a moisture-wicking, quick-drying Supercool Interior. The cheek and crown pads are fully removable and washable. To clean:
- Carefully remove the interior pads from the helmet.
- Hand wash the pads in cold water with a mild soap or a specialized helmet interior cleaner.
- Rinse thoroughly and allow them to air dry completely before re-installing. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
