Setup and Assembly
The City Picker's XL Trellis Tower features a snap-together design for tool-free assembly. Follow these steps:
- Assemble the Planter Base:
Connect the four planter base panels by aligning the interlocking tabs and snapping them firmly into place. Ensure the desired exterior pattern (wicker or wood grain) is facing outwards. The panels are reversible.

The side panels feature a unique wicker or wood pattern on either side, allowing you to customize the appearance.
- Install the Bottom Panel and Casters:
Insert the planter bottom panel into the assembled base. Ensure it sits flush and securely. Attach the four swivel casters to the designated slots on the underside of the planter base. Press firmly until they click into place.
- Assemble the Trellis System:
Begin by inserting the vertical trellis poles into the corner slots of the planter base. Connect the horizontal trellis poles using the provided connectors, building upwards. Refer to the diagram in the included instruction booklet for the specific arrangement of poles and connectors.

- Install Watering System (if applicable):
Follow the instructions in the included booklet to set up the internal watering tube and reservoir system. This typically involves placing the watering tube within the planter before adding soil.
Operating Instructions
- Placement:
Position your assembled Trellis Tower in a desired location. The swivel casters allow for easy movement to optimize sunlight exposure throughout the day. Ideal for patios, decks, balconies, or other small spaces.

- Filling with Soil:
Fill the planter base with appropriate potting mix. Ensure the soil level is suitable for your chosen plants, leaving enough space for watering.
- Planting:

- Watering:

- Plant Support:

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Clean the planter and trellis with mild soap and water as needed. Avoid abrasive cleaners that could damage the resin.
- Seasonal Care: For prolonged product life, consider emptying the planter and storing it indoors or in a protected area during harsh winter conditions.
- Inspection: Periodically check all connections and components for any signs of wear or damage.
Troubleshooting
- Difficulty Assembling Panels: Ensure tabs are correctly aligned and apply firm, even pressure until they snap into place. Check for any obstructions.
- Wobbly Trellis: Verify that all trellis poles and connectors are fully inserted and securely snapped.
- Water Drainage Issues: Ensure the planter bottom panel is correctly installed and that drainage holes are not obstructed by soil or debris.
- Casters Not Rolling Smoothly: Check for debris in the caster wheels. Ensure casters are fully inserted into their slots.
