Important Safety Instructions

• Inspect the blanket, power cord, and controller regularly for any signs of wear or damage. If any damage is observed, discontinue use immediately and contact customer support.
• Ensure the blanket is used on a flat surface and not tucked under a mattress.

Setup Instructions

4. Plug into Power Outlet: Plug the power cords from both controllers into a standard 120V AC wall outlet. Avoid using extension cords or power strips if possible. Ensure the cords are not pinched or trapped.

Operating Instructions

Your BOMOVA Heated Electric Blanket features independent dual controls, allowing each side of the blanket to be adjusted to individual preferences.

1. Power On: Press the power button on your controller. The LED display will illuminate, showing the current heat level.
2. Adjust Heating Level: Use the 'Adjust Temp' button to cycle through the 10 available heating levels (L, 1-9, H). The temperature range is approximately 83°F to 113°F. It is recommended to start with a lower setting and adjust as needed.
3. Set Timer: Press the 'Adjust Timer' button to select the desired auto-off duration: 1, 2, 4, 6, or 8 hours. If no timer is set, the blanket will automatically shut off after 8 hours for safety.
4. Fast Heating: The blanket is designed for fast and stable heating. For quicker warmth, you may initially set the heating level to 3-6.
5. Power Off: To turn off the blanket, press the power button again. The LED display will turn off.

Maintenance and Care

Proper care will extend the life of your heated electric blanket. Always follow these instructions carefully.

Washing Instructions:

1. Disconnect Power: Ensure the blanket is unplugged from the wall outlet and both controllers are disconnected from the blanket. Allow the blanket to cool completely.
2. Pre-soak (Optional): For best results, pre-soak the blanket for 15 minutes in cold water with a mild detergent.
3. Machine Wash: Wash on a gentle or delicate cycle in cold or lukewarm water (maximum 86°F / 30°C). Do not use bleach.
4. Rinse: Rinse on a normal cycle.
5. Machine Dry: Tumble dry on low heat for a maximum of 5 minutes. Remove the blanket while still damp and gently stretch it to its original size.
6. Air Dry: Drape the blanket over a clothesline or shower rod to air dry completely. Do not use clothespins that could pinch the wires. Ensure the blanket is completely dry before reconnecting the controllers or storing.

Storage:

When not in use, store the blanket in its original bag or a breathable storage container. Avoid folding the blanket tightly or placing heavy objects on it, as this can damage the internal wiring.
